24 yr old, 180 lb Test P / Anavar tail cycle *Pics*

Hey guys,

So this might be a little lengthy just because I want to make sure that I put all the information out there for somebody who is like me and wants to try this stuff.

STORY

I just lost 50 lbs last year and now I'm here at this point. I've been lifting for 6 years but have taken nutrition breaks in between for college and such. Just last year I started taking really serious and did my first cut.

These aren't the best pics, but you get the idea. They are after I starting bloating up again due to a higher carb intake right after my cut.

I got a blood test done and essentially my tesosterone levels were low for my age. Not so low that I need testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), but low enough that I am very unhappy with my prospects of a proper bulk.

Total Test~450 ng/DL ON 300-1080 ng/dl scale
Free Test~71 pg/dl on 47-244 ng/dl scale
%FR Test~1.6%

I could probably gain some mass naturally, but the way my body is I KNOW i will gain fat if I bulk up,

Diet

I was cutting around 2000 cals/day with no cardio, and have been maintaining around 2400kcal/day.

I figure that in order to gain lean mass, I would do well with ~3000-3200 cals a day. I plan to hit around 325 carbs, 250 protein, and 70 grams of fat everyday. I'll be recording all of my calories and will be documenting the foods that I eat every day.

My goals with this lean bulk are to gain lean mass whilst hopefully maintaining bodyfat or even lowering it.

Training

I've been on Layne Norton's PHAT for the past 6 months or so and have to say I am really enjoying the hypertrophy/strength training style. After a lot of experimentation with my body, I am positive that I do very well with high volume training. I'm going to continue this style of training. Essentially, it's:

Day 1- Stregth Upper
Day 2- Strength Lower
Day 3- Rest
Day 4- Hypertrophy Chest/Arms
Day 5- Hypertrophy Legs
Day 6- Hypertrophy Back
Day 7- Rest

I'm really going to be putting extra focus into my lacking chest and abs. I will do 8-10 sets of ab exercises every 2-3 days.

I've taken this past week off cause I haven't done that in about a year, so I felt like it was really needed. I'm ready to come back and hit the weights hard this next week.

I'll probably end up doing 2 sessions of cardio a week of 200-400 calories just because I hear test partitions nutrients better, and that you really can add muscle and lose fat with added cardio.

I'm going to be running (with the forums blessing, of course...)

Week 1-10 Test Prop 125 mg EOD to start
Week 1-10 Armidex @ 12.5 mg eod
Week 1-10 Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 250IU every 4-5 days
Week 6-10 Anavar 50 mg daily

PCT Starting Week 10
clomid 50/50/50/50
Nolva 20/20/10/10/10/10

I want to add the Anavar to add a little extra experience with another compound, lean down, and really look lean those last couple weeks. I'm still open to not taking it though. I'm really just going to go by feel and see if I want to add it or not.

Alright well pinned for the first time yesterday. I decided that since it was the middle of the week that I was going to only inject 50 mg of Test prop as I had work the next day and was well read up on the fact that this particular test makes you feel like you got kicked by a horse.

I pinned right glute, I freaked out and was wondering if I was doing it right (I'm sure what everybody does their first time), but went through with it. I know that I did it right because there is no bump, redness, but I do have a moderate PIP going.

That was yesterday. This morning I pinned left glute in a similar fashion, this time it took me two jabs because I thought maybe the first time I hit a nerve/vein (Nope... I'm just a noob). I did change needles.

I think I'm going to keep doing this (ED injections) for the rest of the week because I really can't be hobbling around work. I don't care if it's the weekend, but my work is very anti-drug.

Anyways I'm off work for lunch and will update later with the workout of the day. It will be strength Chest/Arms. Les git it!
 
Listen, before you go using your whole ass as a pin cushion and running into your sciatic nerve, please go and educate yourself on the proper technique of giving an intramuscular injection.
If you need links, I can provide them. It just seems like no one really educates themselves before getting into this. and that fucken scares me....
 
I would love to get some information with pics or videos on how to pin correctly, also what is the dosage in drawing into the syringe... so I purchase a 30ml 250 test e and want to pin twice a week mon/thurs...how much do I draw into the pinn? will it have a 1ml line? I'm new to this pinning thing.

Sounds like your new to AAS in general. Yes your syringe will have a 1ml mark on it. Your test is probably 250mg/ml so u would do 1ml twice a week. Just google intramuscular injection videos. I forget the exact site. But really u sound like u need to do a LOT more research before you ate ready to start pinning. Be safe

Thanks bro, I made sure to do my research before pinning for the first time. I'm confident I've been pinning right. Alcohol swab on vial, inject same amount of air you are drawing, draw with 20g, switch needles, swab injection site, etc etc. Spotinjections.com and youtube is awesome!
 
Ok guys so haven't been updating this journal daily just because I thought I was posting in the wrong forum (there is an "online journal" forum as well?...) after some research I realize there is not much difference between the two, so I'll just stick with this one now until somebody moves the thread or asks me to change it.

So my progress so far,]

I've been trying to avoid PIP as much as possible since it is the middle of the week and I didn't want to hobble around work. My injections were as follows (for 100mg/ml test prop)

Tuesday: .5 cc right glute
Wednesday: .5 cc left glute, .3 cc left delt
Thursday: .6 cc left quad

There was PIP in all muscles, which I didn't expect AS much because all reviewers say this gear has zero PIP, but oh well. I was hobbling around a bit but I'm sure by next week I'll be shooting 1cc EOD and not acting as a pin cushion.

Yesterday I was feeling a little lethargic and out of it, almost like I had the flu. checked body temp, was normal. However TODAY I really felt out of it at work. I felt like I had a medium grade flu the entire day and could not focus too hard. As I tried to go to bed tonight I have a fever of 100.6 degrees Faren. I've looked up info on the test flu for the entire day and am positive it's what I have. Fever, Body Aches, Flu like cloudy mind. This might be hitting me hard because I:

a. Have low test to begin with, and pumping me full of it is causing a huge jump
b. Am only 180 lbs.
c. Am new to pinning!
d. My gear is shitty.

Anyways, I'm going to see how I'm feeling tommorow, and if good, will inject .5cc and see how I feel. If not, I'm probably going to half the dose until I get use to it.
 
Hey Bro I weigh 185 lbs and my bodyfat, I'm not sure. I posted pics in the OP

You should get good gains. Only need 1 gram of protine per lean body mass.
As for your temp maybe you just got sick it is that time of year. Just rest till you are better.

Ya man unfortunately (or fortunately? Don't know which haha) it was the test flu. My fever reached up to 101* F last night, and I woke up this morning feeling like a million bucks with a 97* F temp (normal). I'm positive after I take my shot today I'll have similar symptoms. I guess I'll just take it at 50 mg ED and see how I feel.

50 really isent going to do shit for you. but if its the test making u sick,, then really its not worth it if it happens ever time. at least its test P and will clear within 3-4 days.

Really? I've been reading a bunch of threads and they said 50 mg ed/ 100 MG eod is enough to make gains. Ya, I'll have to see if it makes me sick this time. Crossing my fingers!:crying::crying:
 
Alright guys, I just pinned 50 mg into right quad, praying to every god that I know that I won't get the test flu again tonight. If so I've timed it so that it'll mostly be gone by the time I wake up tomorrow morning.

If I do get it, then I'm going to stop taking this batch of prop. Luckily, I have another batch on the way (I double ordered just in case something like this happened or so I could get more for next cycle). If THAT batch gives it to me as well, I know Test Prop is not for me.

Bout to go kill back at the gym.

Be careful--i know youve heard it before but at 24 you have a ton of natty flowin.Sounds like yur research is sound, but dont be afraid to discontinue early if things get out of hand bro. Tons of knowledge on this board--use it. Great luck to you. Lookin forward to hearing how the var goes if ya go that way..

Yup using HCG every 4-5 days starting today and 12.5 mg armidex EOD.

I did get a little bit of the test flu last night, I definitely felt hot and bothered but my fever was only 99.1. Hoping that I'm getting used to it. Will pin right delt tonight and see how it goes.

Killed back and shoulders yesterday. My workout:

3 sets pullups (maxed out at 20)
3 sets wide grip pulldowns
2 sets inside grip pulldowns
4 sets lateral raises (started at 30lbsx12)
3 more sets lateral raises (25lbs) superset w/ shrugs (90lb dumbellsx25reps)
3 (or4?) sets of reverse flyes with 15 lbsx15 reps

Mmmmm I felt good. That was before I got the flu, I made sure to take my shot, then hit the gym. Am going to do some calves, abs, and possibly cardio today. I REALLY don't want to do cardio but heard that it helps burn fat and keep muscle at the same time on test. All I know is this is not the case when I'm natty for sure. Anybody with experience that can tell me if cardio is a good idea bulking on cycle? Thanks.
 
A lot of times you will experience some pain in the injection site when doing your first cycle or after a long layoff, even with quality gear gear. If it's good gear the pain will usually go away after 2 or 3 weeks. If you stick yourself with a pin and then pull it out without injecting you should change the pin and make sure no blood backed up into the syringe. This can actually cause an infection. Google Glute and quad injection methods I think there might be some videos out there somewhere.
