Hey guys just had my 25th been lifting on off since i was 17, the last 2.5-3 years consistantly.
I'm an ecto and weighed 36kgs when i was 14, now i weigh 70+ kgs and lower bf than i was at 36kgs.

My 'ethnic' friends keep saying get on roids but id rather try prohormones first.

I'm an absolute newb when it comes to prohormones i've tried to look for similar posts but couldn't find any.
Any advice on which to purchase, when and how much to take etc.. or pointing me in the right direction would be fantastic.

First time i've posted here as I just found it through google. Thanks in advance.

There is unlimited info you're right, but i couldn't find what i wanted so i made a post......

goals are pretty simple... build muscle(thought that was obvious with ecto comment, plus i can cut easy being ecto).. dont care about bloating etc

I third helladrol. Pretty low on sides and you'll keep most of what you gain because the gains are slow, steady and dry. And of course, diet and training will always dictate how much you gain/keep

You should listen to your friends. PH's do much more damage to your body. You will get a lot better gains and your liver wont hate you if you just run a Test only cycle at 500mg per week for 12 weeks

That is much milder on the body and you get better gains too

Last time I checked, he was posting in the ph forum :)

Nothing wrong with getting your feet wet in the anabolics world by trying out a ph. It's a good way to guage how your body will react to other compounds. Not everyone is ready to stick themselves with a needle on the first go around. It's totally understandable

Ahh yes PH's. For the people who cant get real gear so they get fake crap and get twice as many side affects and only get 1/3 of the gains of the real stuff, and three times more damage to the liver(despite your milk thistle which btw doesn't work) while at the same time tanking their natural test....

Seriously, I dont get people who do PH's. Is it really worth it just because you cant find the real stuff?(you're not looking hard enough). And also, Ph's still act like roids which means they will shut down your natural test so test IS needed...despite the fact that none of you take it

And the only reason I replied to him is he sounds like he has the option to do Test unlike most of you

And as far as the whole "not ready to stick themselves".....on the other board they will tell you that if you are scared of the needle than the anabolic world is just not for you...simple as that

You have several options my friend:
If you go for a PH than helladrol all the way imo for a 1st timer.

If you go for real AAS than a 12 weeker of test would be good, but once you jump on you'll be doing it for a while afterwards and must commit fully to the lifestyle.

Thirdly sarms, I think a sarms triple stack would be a good way to add some muscle and improve yourself without shutting down your hpta (or as hard), you can then make another jump up to one of the others.
If you go for sarms make sure you buy the best and get them from sarms1.com nothing else has really compared from anywhere else Iv tried/seen..

halo is a good choice for 1st cycle, I finished my 1st about 6 weeks back. Blood-work was good, took TUDCA liver values were barely elevated on a methylated compound and 1 week after were within the normal reference intervals. it's your choice what you want to do 1st, but I wouldn't do more than a few cycles of prohormones.. they aren't very good for you. eat clean/don't drink alcohol/chug water/ fish oil/cut down on stimulants/have Proper PCT and I think it could be a valuable learning experience

Spend some time on here, and make friends. You'll learn an awful lot. Continue to research, you can find what your looking for pretty easily
