250m Test E per week (side effects/health issues)

What type of side effects/health issues should I be concerned about if I run 250mg test ethanate per week?

I got my doctor to switch from test cyp to test e to see if it cuts down on the bloating I was getting from test cyp (at 200mg).

So far using 200mg test e has eliminated bloating but the 200mg doesn't seem to be enough to completely boost my sex drive and energy.

My last bloodwork (from December) while I was on 200mg test cyp and .25mg arimidex per week.

Test: 920
E2: 46

It should be noted that my routine was taking test cyp on Mondays and arimidex on Wednesday. This bloodwork was drawn on a Tuesday.

E2 is definitely an issue. I always feel great when my E2 is much lower, like 10. The problem I have is trying to maintain a lower E2 without going too low. I also seem to negatively respond to any AI dose above .25mg (notably cognitive impairment)

You need stable blood levels. So first, you need to inject everyday and use low dose AI everyday. Find ur best. Then inject eod and use AI eod. Find ur best again. Inject every 3 days.... so on.

Test E and C are virtually the same. Switching shouldn't make any difference whatsoever.

I agree that E2 is likely the culprit here. Try pinning twice a week instead of once. And if you need and AI, take it when you do the injection, not two days later.

Thanks for all the suggestions everyone.

What I am mainly concerned about at this point, aside from finding the proper routine, is if 250mg test e will cause longterm health issues or pose the risk of side effects other than the usual TRT stuff (weight gain, bloat, etc)

Perhaps. Depends where your TT, etc. land.

I also want to try to add HCG back to my routine, to add an extra boost to my erections and prevent testicular atrophy.

However, last few times I tried to add it in, it caused a LOT of water retention/bloating. It looked terrible and was much more than what I had experienced in the past. Any idea of how this can be avoided? This has happened with using as low as 125iu per week.

Adjusting your ai dose. Hcg can aromitize...

Yeah, if I'm not mistaken hcg can aromatize by a different path than the test floating around in your system. Intratesticular aromatization I think is the term for it, and AI doesn't seem very effective for controlling it in myself. That might have something to do with the water retention he noticed before.

How is it you dose .25 mg adex a week is it split in two doses or do u take it once a week?
46 pg/ml is not terribly high...is this a regular assay?

Test C gave u bloat ?
It's suppose to be slightly weaker than E....but very minimal diff.
It's actually suppose to aromatize differently as E is considered "more stronger".

Test is Test. The only difference between C and E is the ester. For all intensive purposes C and E can be considered equal. But technically E has slightly more Test per mg.

Yea Test Cyp was giving me bloat. All I've ever taken was Cyp. This is the first time I've ever taken E.

46 is on the high end for me. I'm feeling my best at E2 around 10-15.

I typically dose one per week. Any more seems to throw things off, if that makes sense.

That's what I said. Note how I used the word "slightly" as well.
