250mg a week to start: Long term use?

Diagnosed with secondary hypogonadism. Live in Japan where HRT/TRT isn't common. Long story short, current doctor let me go home with 250mg of test e per week (Along with my 2 amps of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) at 5000iu per week and HMG for fertility purposes). The idea is to see how I will react to the test. I haven't been on test for a long time, only Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and that only brings my test levels into the bottom OK range.

I plan to do 125mg a week and keep the other 125mg amp for future use. All covered by my healthcare anyways.

If you are on 250mg of test e for a long period of time with elevated levels beyond the normal range, what are the ill effects that you will notice. 250mg is hardly a cycle but I wondered what would happen to the body, the damage it could do?

i doubt that a previouslly HEALTY male would experience serious health problems at that dose for a very very long time.

so at 250mg to curise with your not going to have any sides should i watch for gyno at that doages?

only if your VERY gyno sensitive would you experience gyno at 250 mg a week. testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose goes up to 200 mg a week according to the label on some pharmacy/legit test.

If the 250mg of test were raising your T levels from low (Below the range of healthy levels) to above (Beyond the range of healthy levels) you don't think that it would really affect a persons health short term?

I ask because as I said, I have 250mg of test a week. I'd like to keep receiving the 250mg of test but I will only be using 125mg. This is to raise my T levels to the upper normal levels from a low level. The first week I took the 250mg I was feeling good for the first time in a long time. At 125mg, I don't know how I will feel but I do have a feeling that it would be enough to raise my levels to the upper healthy level whereas 250mg a week will push it beyond that level. I won't know for sure until I get a blood test done at the end of the month.

So, in your average male with low T levels due to secondary hypogonadism, what would long term use of 250mg of Test E bringing levels above normal but not into cycle levels of T levels be? Is there a good read somewhere online?

there are pro bodybuilders who run a mininum of 1000 mg a week for years on end , i dont reccomend that but 250 mg a weeek for a long time is relatively safe for 99% of us .

Agree with DaDawg - standard testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is about 200mg/week - and 250 is fine. YOu will get no long-term effect, except you probably will not be able to have children at some point. It'll shut down your sperm production. THe HCG will help. At 250/week, your test level will be around 1000-1200 which is on the upper end and just above the range but still fine.

I assume you mean 1000-1200 nanograms per deciliter. I'm curious how you arrive at this figure. I'm attempting to create my own Roid-Calc in Excel but need an algorithm which converts milligrams of testosterone injected per week to blood levels. Also the conversion schedule of the various esters.
Thanks for any input.
Cheers ... eGGz

so when the best time to add the hcg in a long-term cycle??????

You gotta let Ur SACK dictate Ur HCG protocol. I always advise my clients to run a light maintenance dose of 250iu every 4th day just to keep Leydig cells "thinking". This will usually keep the "boys" from crawling up inside Ur pelvis. A light dose like this will do enough to keep some juice in the sack, but at the same time not be too much as to cause the estrogenic sides that high doses of HCG can promote. I've always stood by the fact that if the nuts are "turtled" then you gotta shock those bastards back to size. But it's much easier to keep them from shrinking by doing things the right way, from the start, than to have to resuscitate them! After many years in this field of consulting, I CAN PROUDLY SAY THAT I HAVE CONTRIBUTED TO THE PAINTING CAREERS OF A GREAT MANY ARTISTS OF OUT PRESENT TIME.... ALL YOU CLIENTS OF MINE OUT THERE WHO ARE FEELING GREAT ABOUT YOUR HEALTH AND BODY, AND WHO WON OVER YOUR WOMAN/WOMENS/PARTNERS HEART FOREVER BY FIRING OFF LOADS LIKE A "WAGNER POWER SPRAYER".... YOU ARE SO VERY WELCOME!!!!!

DISCLAIMER: I GAVE UP USING BIG WORDS, POSTING MEDICAL JOURNAL DATA, and ACTING PROFESSIONAL YEARS AGO. WHEN YOU SPEND 12 HOURS A DAY/7DAYS A WEEK TALKING TO DUDES ABOUT THEIR SACK AND THEIR UNIT, YOU REALIZE THAT "PERSONAL AND REAL" US MUCH MORE EFFECTIVE THAN "PROFESSIONAL". SO FOR ALL YOU GUYS THAT ARE NERVOUS OR EMBARASSED TO MAKE THAT CALL, YOU DON'T NEED TO BE. REMEMBER, YOU AREN'T THE EXCEPTION, YOU ARE THE RULE.

thanks for the info chip

So the HCG will really maintain semen production? When I was on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) without the HCG my load dried up like an old lady.

Oooohh... Dried up old lady=bad...

That was your first problem, chief. testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is not testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) without an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and hcg. If some clown is going to recommend a protocol, they'd better also script you the proper ancillaries to keep you healthy. You can take all the test in the world, but if you cant paint ur girls face, it doesnt do you much good!!
