I'm not exaggerating. I just started my cycle Febuary 16th at 156lbs 5'9. My bodyfat was near 8% (did this naturally). I had spider webs of vein going all over my torso. Now, I look 10-11% bodyfat in a little over two weeks. I stepped on the scale at 182. Strength is crazy though, will say that.
*heres my cycle
Mon- 300mg test E; 200mg Tri-Tren
Thurs- 300mg test E; 200mg Tri-Tren
Anadrol 50-75mg (testing out doses)
*Here's my macros before 140c, 250-300p, 30-40f
*After starting cycle 225-250c, 300-340p, 40-50fat
I have not cheated or ate out in over two years. and seriously, 225 carbs isn't a whole lot at all, especially when bulking. One thing though, I've ALWAYS had high sodium. Even on my cut I was getting in thousands and thousands of mg, I stayed doing that on cycle.
