2nd Cycle, cutting, any tweaks or advice is greatly appreciated

Think i have finalized my 2nd cycle, well 95% sure i did lol...Any helpful advice/tips/tweak is more than appreciated.

Goal=cut fat for summer, maintain as much muscle as possible, stalk beach for lonely females hahaha

All my info, try to be as detailed as possible.

Stats:
Age:33
Height: 5'6"
Weight" 187lb
BF approx 18%

Diet: Carb cycling...3,000 cal per day..will adjust accordingly
Mon:0g...Training: Off
Tue: 300g...Training: Chest/Tri's
Wed: 200g...Training: Back/Bi's/forearms
Thur: 100g...Off
Fri: 300g...Training:Legs
Saturday:100g...Training:Delts/Tris/Abs
Sunday 50g...Training:Off

Will add another training day at about week 4 in cycle.

Edit: Cardio 4x a week, post-workout, incline walk treadmill or stair master 30-40min
Current cycle layout.
Weeks 1-16 300mg Test-E pinned 2x a week Thursday AM and Sunday PM
Weeks 1-16 .25 Adex EoD
Weeks 1-4 T-Bol 60-80mg ED

Now the next part i'm not sure. Clen 2 on 2 off
Either
Weeks 1-2, 5-6, 9-10 180mcg Clen (Very tolerant)
Weeks 1-10 T3 Tapered 50-75-100-75-50-25 (1st time running T3, don't wanna go over 100)
Weeks 3-4, 7-8, 11-12 EC Stack
Or
that same protocol but starting around week 5-6 when Test kicks in

My Test levels are low, especially for a 33 year old, last BW was 3 weeks ago and total was 366 so haven't decided if after this cycle i'm going to cruise for a few and do a 3rd cycle or try to PCT.

Few questions i have would be....

-Is the T-bol beneficial to kick start the cut and begin Clen/T3 from day 1?
-Should i drop the T-bol all together?
-When would be a good time to begin the Clen/T3?
-Use the EC stack on clen off weeks or not?
-When running 2 weeks on/off with clen, do you continue the T3 through the off weeks?

I would advise not to cycle. It seems like your overall goal is to lose body fat and you could easily do that with diet and exercise alone. You're just going to waste money trying to add compounds that will only result in weight gain once you're finished.

"Easily" is a word tossed around very loosely. Losing weight for everyone is not always "easy". I lost 110lbs over some time, which is great. I was then fat/skinny. So i have done small bulks if that's what you want to call em and cut etc etc. Not any bodybuilder kind of level here i get that.

As my normal Test levels have gotten lower and lower over the last year, losing weight, or shall i say burning fat has become an extremely difficult task. Could i do hours of cardio, sure, do i want to, hell no. From age 33 until now my test levels have been 609, 561, 511 and now 366 so if you can follow the pattern, i'd assume i have a test issue. My urologist believes i am fine, but i know from my last Test cycle, i burned fat and lost weight more "easily" then without.
 
I agree with DrHouse. Increase cardio and adjust diet to cutting macros. If you're concerned with your test levels go to trt doc simple as that. It isn't that hard to get on trt with legitimately low levels. If you feel the need to take a drug to loose weight use a thermo not AAS. Good luck
 
Go to another doctor, and another, and another, until one is intelligent enough to know that your levels aren't normal.

You should be at 15% bf at the highest before you cycle. You are asking for side effects if done with anything higher than that.

300mgs of long ester is kind of low...actually, let's not bs...it's really low. Unless you meant 300 twice a week for 600 total.

As far as the clen, you wouldn't have to cycle on and off if you run keto with it.

My advice (you won't like it) wild be to lock down your diet and try other training programs/cardio methods, and lean out naturally, or preferably on trt after the Dr issue is sorted out. When you hit around 13% and stay at the same weight then you should start your cycle. I say thirteen, because it's easier to gain fat on test, but on a cut I wouldn't be concerned. Just a precaution, plus it makes it easier for you to get in better shape and get a better overall aesthetic.
