Im a firm believer in sets points where you really need your body to hit homeostacis and have it be comfortable what you're doing. that is why the longer you are on the more gains you will keep. imo if you go right from bulking to cutting you will lose a good portion of your bulk gains so what is the point? IMO, I would bulk for 16 weeks, keep up the cals, then run a cutter in a spring..but what would i know.. whats my post count now?
and yeah you can probably run d-bol for 4 weeks, even longer if you really wanted but you dont know how it will really effect you til you get blood work. I know a guy who could handle 75mgs a year straight w/o no problems
