I am 3 wks in on my 2nd cycle . Its the same as my 1st. 525 mg of T cyp/wk.

On the 1st go around I put on a little over 20 lb.. I have to admitt that I ate ridiculously. I consulted with 3J and he was helpful but I just over did it and alot of that weight produced a gut that I was stuck with after my cycle. I had to go on a diet and lose almost all the weight just to get rid of the gut. Anyone new to this here my warning....eat clean and do your cardio!

Anyway....Now I am running the same cycle but I am really whatching what I eat.

Typical day:

6 egg wht & 1 slice of Ezieckel bread

Pro shake with water or almond milk

Chix breast with broccoli

fat free yogurt or pro shake

Chix breast or turkey burger with veggies

1% cootage cheese or 6 eggwhite before bed

Im sure that Im not even hitting 3000 calories.

shit i dont think that hit 2000 calories

so you weren't counting calories on your last cycle??

I was counting. In fact at one point you said I may be over eating. Im sure you dont remember me cause you help so many people out but we figured out my calorie intake should be around 3200. I ended up eating around 4000 because I just felt so damn hungry. Also I would eat things like Kashi pizzas and what not. Not to dirty but probably dirty enough to gain fat.

I just think that my carb count was way too high as well as my fat intake. I was eating full fat greek yogurt at night. Now Im eating cottage cheese 1% and no carbs after 4. I realize now that it is very easy for me to put on a gut so Im trying to be more careful

Makes sense. U gotta follow the macro and calorie count. alot of learning to diet for your self is based upon trial and error

I was eating
300g protein
300g carbs
122g fats

I am thinking of going with very high protein and very low carb and keeping the fat around 100g.

Maybe;
400 -500 pro (2 big chix breast and kidney beans)
100 carb
100 fat

Im trying to eat more veggies to at least obtain carbs from them. I will eat fruit too but I try to only eat green pears & blueberries and only eat starchy carbs once per day (not past 4).

I know guys that eat cheat meals once a week to keep their sanity so I figured I can do the same but Im not so sure about that now. I have to really eat in a very disciplined way.

There is absolutely no reason to eat that much protein. Body can't and won't use that much. Drop your protein to remain around 300, make up the difference in fat. Or better yet, carb cycle.

I hear what you are saying but this would be how I get enough calories into my body without load up on the carbs and fat which gives me a gut.

That's a weak diet come on now, I think the diet is the easiest part bodybuilding just got to have discipline
