Hey guys, it's been a while. Im planning my second run wich will be in a month and a half. Need opinions on this different cycles that I am interested in. Any and all input is appreciated.
1st option: Opt to do another test only cycle but up the dose from 500 mgs to higher for(12 weeks).
2nd option: 500 mgs test e(12 weeks) with dbol too kickstart(4weeks)
3rd option: test/dbol/deca
Want to know the gains kept from each. My goal is to retain as much of it as possible.
Stats: 23yr 6ft 223lbs body fat not sure but arround 15 for sure.
Following a strict 7 meals a day diet with 45-50 grams protein in each. Carbs in first 4 meals (all whole grain) accept for post workout i mow fruits., good fats in last three with veggies.
Workouts are 5-6 times a week very heavy and strict form. Been working out for 8 years strict. Been bodybuilding for 3(bulk then cut).
