2nd Cycle questions

Hey guys, been lurking here for months and months now lol. Reason for this post is to let you know i will be officially starting my second cycle. My first cycle was back in june 2009 and i took only 10mg of superdrol which i got from an idependent shop where i live by cdc labs i believe. Anyways, i took only the recommended dose and after two weeks i put on a smooth 13 pounds. I went from 150 to 163ish after first two weeks. At the end of the full cycle which i only took 1 pill a day( 60 caps) and lifted 6 days a week. I was sitting at 181. I actually maintained this weight until i joined the army and never used again until now. After basic training i went all the way back down to 170lbs and that is where i sit now. I bought a bottle of Phreak and i am planning to use this alone, or with a bottle of M-drol my wife surprised me with last week. I have the neccessary liver treatment and my diet is ready to be re-enacted to eat like a beast while bulking. My goal for this cycle and or further is to weigh in between 190-200lbs. I want to avoid pinning because i don't have sources. So my question would be what do you think i can do, to achieve this goal of "weight"?? I work out with my company 3 days a week and will be going to the gym 4-5 times a week here on post.

You already know the guys on here are going to need your stats to help you out. Your age, height, weight, bf%, meal plan, workout routine and dosing on your gear.

Age: 26
Height:6'2
Weight:168lbs
BF%: Not sure at all i pretty much have none is what i would guess lol
Meal plan: Have lots of chicken, pasta, tuna and salads and protein shakes.
3 shakes a day, in addition to breakfast lunch and dinner

Work out plan: 4-6 times a week, at the gym. Atleast 1.5-3 hours a day.
I will be taking the Phantom Labs Phreak twice a day so that would get me at 30mg of SD and 50mg of HDrol. I also have some left over supervol by ctd and m-drol the phreak should be in this week also. I just need to go get some sarm or better test booster for post cycle therapy (pct). and organ/liver care which i can do this week.

I don't necessarily have a time frame per say on when i want to reach this weight gain of 20-31 lbs but i would like to do it by april if at all possible. I have all the support i need from my wife helping me by keeping me on a strict diet for this cycle, shes awesome.
 
Also, great you have a supportive spouse, they are the best! nothing harder than trying to eat strictly with a woman cooking up all kinds of crap lol. Try to give us some more details on your diet and your training history. How long have you been lifting seriously? I know you were in the Army, so lots of pushups, runs, stupid flippin' PT at 5 in the morning stuff, but what about in the gym pushing iron?
 
You might want to substitute two of those shakes for real food. Save the one shake for post workout.
 
I don't eat enough lol, im still in the army. I have a year of lifting under my belt. It is not what i am concerned with, it is mainly the diet. The last time i did a cycle i was not married and didn't really have a steady diet. Now that factor has changed so i think i can really achieve and maintain my goals this time around. I do lots of pushups and situps and running as required lol. Getting back to pushing iron will be a completely new experience. I will start every excercise from the minimal weight, Example: curling exercises will start at 20lbs and work my way up.
 
I think with only a year of lifting, you have a good chance of doing some damage to your body due to accelerated growth from the chemicals. Just my opinion. After a lot of research, this is why I stayed away from AAS.
 
I am also worried about the accelerated growth myself. But the gains that i had before were unreal and i was dosing SD at only 10mg a day 1 hour before work outs, and i got big, and cut up. I still have a couple stretch marks on my chest near arm pits, not noticeable and very noticeable on my butt. I grew big time, i never got shut down, or felt like it. My libido was through the roof the entire time as well, but i did have anger issues post cycle, according to my now wife, when we were dating at the time.
 
I would highly highly recommend you keep lifting for the rest of the time you have left in the Army. Eat like a beast when you can, train train train. Then, when you get out, cycle something. I say this because I understand Army life. Maybe you're in an MOS that gives you some stability... But chances are you will not be able to eat enough to really see optimal results. A persons first cycle is, many times, their best because their receptors are fresh, so why would you want to have less than optimal results because you aren't eating enough or got smoked in PT and couldn't get to the gym that day? You've already got one cycle under your belt, but I truly think you're better off waiting until you can do it right.
 
I work in the hospital, my hours are 7am-4pm monday through friday.
Pt monday-weds-friday with my company
I have lots of structure here, i can go to the gym in the hospital in the morning before work, lunch time and afterwards if i wanted. I mainly go to the big post gym though.
My diet as of right now would not help me gain my goal weight at all. Thats why i got a dieting plan down with a nutritionist something i can afford and want to implement a structured diet this time around to really see what i can get out of this cycle. This is definitely something i will be doing for sure, just want to know some opinions on how i should go about it step by step.
 
lol, I had visions of you out in the field trying to pop pills and eat peanut butter. I never had structure like that so what the hell do I know? Alright, I've got to eat some dinner here, but I'll give you a better response a bit later this evening. Do me a favor though, don't rush into it. If you've made up your mind, then you've made up your mind and I won't try to stop you. We're here to make sure you do this right and don't do damage.
