2nd cycle test/ deca/ eq need some advice

Been training for a little over 8 Years gained a total of about 60lbs over those 8 years.

Calories close to 4000 daily 400g carbs 300g protein 80g fat

First cycle was 12 weeks Jan 2014-April 2014
Weeks 1-8 Test Prop 100ml EOD
Wees 4-8 Test E 250ml Mon am/ Thurs pm
Week 8-12 Test 400 1/2 cc Mon am/ Thurs pm
week 1-12 Arimadex
week 14-16 clomid, nova
**those were the only forms of test I could get my hands on

Now to my main topic I'm about 18 weeks out from a national bodybuilding show and was contimplating of doing a Test/ Deca/ EQ/
18 week cycle. I've been doing research for over a month and still undecided a lot of sources say choose either deca or eq but think doing both will help me put on mass and and come in lean and dry for the competition.
So this is my plan.

1 - 2wk; 800mg wk EQ frontloaded
1 - 4 wk Test p 100ml eod
1 - 12wk Test e 500mg
1 - 10wk Deca 400mg
3 - 12wk EQ 600mg
12-18wk Test p 100ml eod
1-18 wk adex .25 mg ED

Pct:
aromasin*25mg ed 18-24
hcg*200iu ed 1-18
hcg 500iu ed19-20
nolva*20mg ed 18-24

Pick your doses and stay there....eq is slower than Xmas frontloading USSUALLY mean s oral s or short esters bro. 10 week s of deca is to short i m o. But now that I ve been a dick...it could work. I m anxious to hear and I missed the prop front load.


I d get more deca and run deca and test..ur 23..what s the hurry ? Keep it simple and pay as much attention to eating and sleeping as gearing...no offense...
 
I would run either the deca or the eq. If you haven't run them before then choose ONE as blood pressure issues can come into it more, espcially since we naturally stress come competition time.

I'd look at var or winny in the final 4-6 weeks before comp to lean out all the more
 
I'm not sure how your getting 23 but I'm 28. I could work on getting more rest but with food I am struggling to hit 5000 cals. So I've started throwing some "dirty" foods in like jelly beans (I mean a whole bag of jelly beans), or blend ice cream and liquid egg whites. My diet consists of basic 1cup oatmeal, 70g fruit, 1 cup liquid egg whites or 1 cup cooked rice, 6 oz beef, veggies. I eat 4 meals. And then those "dirty" foods through out the day. Long story short I'm Stuck At 165 People Say I Look alot heavier than 165 but it may go up a few pounds if I binge the day prior.
