2nd week pct pics

Hey just wrapping up with 2 more weeks of pct but I'm happy with where I'm at what you all think.
500mg test 1-12
D-bol 50mg 1-4
Armidex 1-12
Milk thistle 1-8 ( ran a bit long because im gonna run my next cycle in sept a bit early I know).
Started 2/11 at 195
Sitting now at 215

Great work. Be sure to get blood work done as Milk Thistle is good for general-everyday use, but not quite as effective on the liver as NAC or UDCA when toxic drugs are consumed.

Awesome transformation!
 
Hey guys thanks for the input my diet is 4500 plus calories a day. Training is great. Iv been hitting my arms 3 times a week and they are growing great. And no crossfit German. I just started doing cardio a couple weeks ago and I feel great. My metabolism is crazy fast so its hard to gain weight let alone fat so that's all bloat in April. I'm gearing up for 16 weeks test 500mg a week and a-bomb 4 wks 50mg.

No offence but you really don't have a fast metabolism. Look at you in February. Skinny people have fast metabolisms. Anyway, do you feel your arms grew a lot more by training them three times a week? Would it be smart to train lagging bodyparts twice a week on test? Also, did cardio make a difference to your fat loss on test? I know it's good to do generally, but I'd rather only do it if I see some physical benefits on test.
 
Well my chest and back are next for multiple day training but I love training arms 3x a week as long as you eat enough for nutrition and recovery. As for cardio I haven't been doing it long enough to say anything but I feel better. As for being that skinny I was 197 and I took awhile off working out but I came back eating better and training harder. I knew what I wanted from this cycle and I'm pretty pleased. Next cycle is gonna be amazing and I may keep a log on ology.
 
ill be the bearer of bad news. i dont mean it to be a smart ass or to ridicule. im only being honest to be fair to you and maybe it can help. something is off. your progress was very minimal regardless of your goals. that cycle was wasted. i think it would be helpful to you to post your full diet and training to see if we can come up with some suggestions to get you moving more in the right direction.
 
Well I stopped working out for a year and was at 170 so I said enough of that re joined my gym and got back to 197 then did my cycle now I'm back and bigger then ever
 
I'll be honest I think it looks like you had a successful cycle. No offense to joe d just my personal opinion. 195-215 and in pct sounds pretty good to me keep up the work and keep those gains bro.
 
Well I got up to 225 but I was hit with the stomach flu at the end and dropped 5 then lost the water weight and this is where im at. And yea it was very successful strength to.

Looking good brother. I was wondering, did you do any workouts designed for fat loss? Or is your fat loss mainly just down to the testosterone? You look like you've tightened up and lost some weight around your waist and chest area.
 
Ahh I don't take long breaks betweens sets and really get the body moving but id say its from diet mostly. And yea my chest tightened up so now I'm trying to pack size on it.

Its not a set in stone I always mix it up but to make a simple week
Monday-back and bis ( can't do chest I like to be different)
Tuesday- chest and tris
Wedn -legs (splits upper body up)
Thur-arms
Friday-shoulders
Sat- arms
Been working great
 
Shit I think that's some pretty awesome progress. Definitely a very noticeable difference. Leaner and more lean muscle. Good work.
