Love every aspect of it :)

Matt everybody here already knows you. You are posting new threads like we dont know your story.

3 1/2 years and your mirror hasn't changed at all. Dude that pic is so blurry, no matter how much you have changed you can't see it.

I was at Ikea and saw a full body mirror for 14.99

if you can blow this much money on tren.
you can buy a mirror

Seems like your mirror has made no gains in such a long period of time....it hasn't put on any size.

Do you think its nutrition is off?

Hey, I applaud your recovery. Stopping alcohol and drug abuse is not an easy thing to do - and you will be constantly tempted. The hardest time for me was actually the 6 month point, surprisingly so. For 3 straight months, all I thought about was liquor. I could not drive to the grocery store since there is a liquor store in the same plaza as every grocery store I knew. I had to change my driving patterns, else my car would suddenly drive me to a known liquor store without my consent. But after 3 months, I suddenly noticed the desire was gone. I was fully alcohol desire free! I was elated...but alcohol is a mischievous foe, ever plotting to retake your life. 3 months after I "beat" it, it hit me like an avalanche and I barely survived its attack. Took another year before I could feel safe driving NEAR a liquor store, but it eventually happened. Now, 8 years later, I can buy a bottle of liquor, take it to a friend's house, open, pour them a drink, and close it again without feeling much more than a slight pang of loss - the loss of being able to drink with him.

Just wanted to pass on some wisdom, strength, and hope. Keep vigilant.

Matt for crying out loud get your diet down. you look literally the same in every pic. and do you by any chance own the worlds first cell phone with a built in camera from 2002? all your pics are so blurry

Yeah, Matt u do post a lot asking for our opinions on ur body. I think u should spend a good year and work super hard, primarily with diet and training and not so much high doses of gear and repost and shock all of us. Especially when u unleash a new mirror upon the world.

Since everyone here is posting transformation pictures, heres mine:

4 Years: 140, 165, 180, 197
-Starting using gear in the 3rd picture.

I was also being tongue in cheek, showing that I looked better than Matt whilst natural vs blasting year round, running tren at big doses, replacing alcoholism with AAS addiction.
