I see it all the time in my gym guys like u, do a few contest and them there training people, telling people how to.properly.diet ect, but again.I have seen a lot.of dudes that don't.compete.blow people that compete out of the water, it's there choice if they choose to.compete.or.not, for u.saying the use of.aas i.am.addicted is like a smoker saying that smokes stinks!

Mate, you've replaced one addiction with another. I can stop anytime I want, whereas I don't believe you can. That's the issue with addicts, they often push aside one vice and take up another. It's the reason in recent threads of yours (other than the size of the arms thread), you've mentioned bad liver/kidney values then a few weeks later are blasting again.

You also need to realise (critiquing your smoker analogy) that because people use AAS, doesn't make them addicted. Just as because I drink beer, doesn't mean I'm addicted to beer. If you were really addicted to the gym + diet as well as AAS you wouldn't still have a lackluster body. You certainly have the inferiority complex that craves attention, for random people to give you attention and make you feel better about yourself....But no, if you were addicted to gym and diet they'd both be on point and you wouldn't look the way you do. You'd spend hours on youtube and learn proper technique, you'd realise you have bunk tren as you should have made much better gains by now, and if not the gear, your diet obviously sucks or you suck at dieting.

Either way, some people are being nice and commenting that you've improved, even though we see zero improvement - part because your mirror and lighting sucks, part because in all the threads over the years you still have no muscle development to speak of.

See this is the difference bro I can walk around and people are afraid to look or say anything stupid as I have been told.by many I look very intimidating and mean, how I want to be preceeded, not some dude that doesn't look big in cloths, someone that has that ability to the public that I am.not the guy to.fuck around with. And yes I can turn mean and violent, if I want too, and not afraid too either
Trust me bro it works cause I got the size on me,.I beg to.differ if your swimmer type physique and pretty boy type body can do the same haha

I would rather have my girl feel very well protected then have have a beach body physique where the girl doesn't know if she will be protected or not lol trust me I am not afraid to throw them down If a dude even tries shot but again they usually dont

Fair enough Matt, but that doesn't quite explain why you are posting pictures for critique.

It's one thing having bulk and mass and being protective over your woman - but then don't contradict yourself by posting pics on here and getting narky when people say something you don't want to hear.

You bounce from bulk to cut to bulk to cut - I get the feeling you don't really have any long term goals or aspirations and don't really know how you want to look.

Listen buddy, we have fallen out in the past because I have given you honest critique and you have disagreed - but I mean this with the utmost sincerity.

Take a step back from the rollercoaster you are on - and work out exactly what you are trying to achieve.
Because only then can you start to formulate a plan of attack that will actually bring you results worth posting.

First and foremost, get those liver profiles in check. That's a massive priority and is far more important than any cycle you want to run.

Then, establish what exactly you want to achieve and methodically construct a route to achieve this.

From where I am positioned, you are stood taking a piss in the wind, you're going nowhere fast!

I hope you take this in a positive manner.

As.of.yesterday before Xmas.dinner lol.I.weighed 215lbs approx
As for the caliper readings I am at 6mm one inch above right hip bone where it says to Guage fat, but I have done the 3 point and 7 point measurements as well, when I flex my abs become.visible
I looked good got tons of feedback and critiques from.general public when I leaned out a few years ago in my avi pic, and leaned down to 185lbs but felt small and hated being below 200lbs as again u see that all.the time in gyms muscle definition but don't look intimidating which I dunno what it is but I do like the intimidating factor lol just me I guess

I'm not saying the diet is the issue.... in fact if I had to put money on it, I'd say your training could be the problem.

Like I previously mentioned, I don't want to get into what's right and what's wrong - I just think you could do with some precious time 'off-cycle' to not only get your liver in check, but also take some perspective of where you want to take this.

You've got yourself into a vicious circle of bulking and cutting and posting poor pictures of yourself in a terrible mirror, and then take umbrage when you get negative feedback.

Something needs to change brother.

Thanks big Ben but I am.pretty much done with bulking/ cutting if that is even possible lol, just trying to.stick to my diet as good as I can minus yesterday as I ate a shit ton of food lmao
I just want to try to stay above 200lbs, as I like I said like the bigger old school look myself and try to gain some lbm without gaining so.much fat in return
I have done both ways and it was a Rollercoaster ride that's for sure and whenever I did bulk up to say 240lbs I wasn't happy with how I looked, looked extremely bloated, and I know I.am rambling but as well I have tried multiple.Labs, the previous lab I was running I was looking myself in the mirror.thinking something isn't right.and used them.for about a year and a half.and I dunno if there tRen was bunk or.other stuff bUT I do believe it was Def under dosed, as now I have been runNing this new lab since June and noticed some good gains off.there stuff plus there blood work off 200mg/week came back at 52
Question is there a reading for my free test on that paper?
If so is it good or bad?
Currently using the lab Terragon and *********
But the lab results are from when I was cruising on 200mg/week test e from.terragon

Meal 2

7oz chicken breast, 1 cup white rice

Meal 3

7oz chicken breast, 1.cup white rice

Meal 4 ( pretty workout)

7oz chicken breast, 1 can of tuna, 1 cup white rice

Meal 5 ( post workout)

40g whey pro, 1 white bagel

Meal.6

1 cup non fat.cottage cheese, 6oz lean ground beef

How's.the diet look, does.it.look okay for my.macro's?

Meat weighed raw, rice.weighed cooked, and try to have 2.cups of veggies throughout the.day as well
Should I up the protein ? Up my carb intake? Or.lower or raise.my fats?
As.of right now.I.am.blasting 1500mg test, low dose of tren a at 300mg/week

Raise or lower your fats!? there are pretty much no fats in this diet at all. I'd feel like shit on a diet that high in protein with not fats.

And Matt, we would all look as "big" as you if we dirty bulked all year round like you clearly do. That is why you take almost all your pics in a blury mirror where you can only show the upper half of your body. Take a clear pic of your entire body, then come back and talk shit.
