I'd love to know what you do because i'm wondering how someone so uneducated could have a job that supports such an extensive habit, while supposedly supporting a daughter and himself.

Leave the gear alone for at least 3 months. If you need TRT use that only. I would bet a pound to a pinch of shit that you would not hold on to anything you think you have gained. You have it in for 165lb guys for some reason. But you would be dam lucky to maintain a weight even remotely close to that without the gear.

Then again, it's your life. Do what you will. There's always plenty of decent healthy 165lb guys around to "look after" your woman when you have wasting your life.

Oh and you were close. 5'7" 190lbs. No water, no deformed lumps, a healthy lifestyle.... Oh and shit tattoos. (Easy to cover shit tattoos..... But a shot personally can only be hidden for so long)

Use to be in refrigeration/heating and cooling, brazer/welder
Hands on shit 12 years I did it and got out of it due to.my.motel.life and working and drinking, cause I was always working out of town, now I.am.on the truck for a.moving company ,.not mentioning where I work but we move people's furniture,.a moving company so.it's.physical.as fuck, so be it.I.am.not an.office person.nor do.I care to be I.like the physical aspect of shit.and would.hate a.desk.job
 
Am I healthy, nope, Damm I do aas, I eat lots of protein, and one bad habit in haven't droped is.smoking cigars, and I hit up esmokes as well but fuck it I don't party nomore, just work, goto gym.and enjoy relaxing with my daughter

Lost a pretty well.paying job to.making 15 an hour slugging people shit out.of there house for a living been doing this now.since I sobered up and I have more.money.now then when I was making great money in a trade, but I was pissing it down the drain
Oh well I.love what I do, 8 hours getting a workout then I hit the gym after, most people would.just crash out after 8 hours.moving furniture all day long but I enjoy.it
