My arms are almost 19inches

my delts are capped, and yours arent.

so who's physique is lacking?

What Tren are you running? Ace? And if it's ok me asking..... What lab? Is it a well known one or local to yourself. I don't need to know the name, just if its a big lab or small UGL

You might need to adjust your diet because of your physically demanding job. Eight hours of moving stuff has got to demand more calories than you are taking in from that diet you posted. If I'm wrong somebody correct me, but it seems like you might need to eat more with such a demanding job.

I work 8-9 hrs of highly repetitive physical labor, and YES, he does need to increase calories. By quite a bit most likely.

Let's just say, I had 6500 calorie days, on no workout days. (No PWO meal)... 7,000 calorie days (with PWO meal).... 7500-8000 calorie days (with PWO meal + gainer shake).

I would personally list everything out for a single day.. but it's just too much to type out, and it was 3J's plan, so I don't want to give out everything that goes into a bulk with him. I personally went through and added everything up in MyFitnessPal, checked all caloric contents on packages to ensure I was right.. We're talking fuck tons of food man..

If Matt is working physically demanding work.. and wants to put on weight.. he needs to eat more. He needs to eat cleaner, so he doesn't die early and gets to see his kids and wife as long as I know he wants too. Needs to eat vegetables so he shits often enough to keep a consistent in/out.. doesn't back-up his appetite with constipation and cause gastrointestinal problems. Make sure he is taking liver support supplements with all the tren, and any orals.. you know, all the basics?

I'm not denying he is behind in his actual knowledge and needs to grow up a bit. He should surely know much more by now with his AAS use especially. But he is still a doer, he's in the gym, he's got one thing on me for sure.. he puts in the work. I have a hard time getting motivated.. he is there, busting ass. Give him credit where it is due, and provide constructive criticism where it's needed..

I think a lot of the people being asswipes to him are being pretty petty really. Bring something real to the table.. Give him guidance.. see how far that takes the conversation. He's not pardon to knowledge, he listens.. and applies.

Are you talking 6500kcals - 8000kcals intake per day for you????

If so, bulk or no bulk, that's wayyyy too much food bro. I don't care who's meal plan it is!

Jay Cutler, in his prime, wasn't eating anywhere near that, and that man was renowned for his intake.

Just saying pal, that much food isn't good! In fact anything over 6000kcals (even for a big man) is probably wayyyy too much!

Michael Phelps took in over 10,000 cals per day while training for the olympics. Yea it is a shit ton of food but if your burning it off, you need it. Jay cutler is big indeed but doesn't have a physically demanding job that goes for 8+ hrs a day.

Thanks hype, and yes.from.my.plan.I.posted I.am.going to.stick.with that but possibly add.a couple.cheat meals thus after post workout possibly.homemade.burger and.fries.or.something to.add.more.cals to.the plan.and see where that takes me
Possibly spaghetti or a box of.kraft.dinner mixing in some.tuna as well haha
If u have some other high calorie foods u suggest hit.me.up bro, should.I.add.in more.fats or carbs to that plan.as well? Thanks again hype

U don't offer constructibe criticism like u say u come across as being negative towards people.meanwhile are repping a lab lol

I'm as constructive as they come dude, I'm not rising to your trash talk.

What is derogatory about enquiring about someone's remarkably high food intake? Care to answer that?

And as for the Michael Phelps comparison - that guy spent 8hrs a day in the swimming pool and was quite rightly carb loading for competition.
Not the best person to use as a comparison when I'm referring to the dietary intake of a guy that hit's perhaps 3 or 4 x 1 hour weights sessions per week, and by his own admission has motivation issues.

If you scroll back 3 or 4 pages in this laughable thread - I spent quite a considerable length of time trying to help you, offering 'constructive criticism' and trying to guide you, which you thanked me for. Now it seems you've got out of the wrong side of the bed and you're lambasting everyone again - talk about Jekyll & Hyde!

I don't think I am god's gift - far from it. I am learning and moulding myself all the time, and I listen to those whose opinion I value greatly.
However, I do know more than most, yourself included. I have almost 30yrs of training expertise, 20 years as a PT, and 10+ years cycling knowledge - I like to pay it forward, and I know for a fact that I have helped many people since I joined 'Ology.

My integrity, patience and knowledge speak for themselves - I speak my mind, I'm passionate about what I do, and yes, I can be quite scathing if I disagree with something I read. But that's just me.

Like I say, I've tried to help you and I failed. (you're a lost cause if I'm honest!)

This is the last you'll see of me - on any of your threads.

Good luck.

Hope you don't think I'm STILL eating that much... LOL

When I'm on, I'm on. When I'm not, I'm not. As in I do, or I don't, there is no half assing for me. I will be the first person to admit I have issues getting in the gym.. as I did in my previous post. Literally stated "he's got one thing on me for sure.. he puts in the work. I have a hard time getting motivated.. he is there, busting ass." Not sure why that had to be regurgitated.. Oh well.

When I was full swing, hunkered down in my bulk.. we're talking 9 hrs of repetitive physical labor (pushing, pulling, lifting, kneeling, squatting, working overhead, etc.) + 1hr in the gym every night right after. I pushed 6 mos. in this manner.. Started to cut after 28lb gain was maintained a while.. got injured. Haven't been back since.

I'd wake up, eat and post on forum, make meals for the day, work (2hrs), eat (8 min), work (2hrs), eat (20 min), work(2hrs), eat (8 min) work (2-3 hrs), eat in my car waiting on my girlfriend, eat after getting home before hitting the gym, workout, eat PWO, shower, eat, sleep.

Sorry if it doesn't make sense.. when time is put in outside of the gym, physically, you must make up the difference with more food if your goal is to gain.
I did not spend 8 hrs in a swimming pool, training 100%.. and I also am not as small as him.. I'd say if you really looked at the numbers.. he requires shit loads more of his calories because of his extensive workouts.. He's not a big guy. But he trains enough to require that. I'm not huge, bigger than him, and work a consistent repetitive moderately intensive job 5-6 days per week 8-9 hrs a day, and then trained for an hour maximal effort on every set, 45 seconds of rest 5 days a week.. makes sense to me.

We're talking 2600 TT and that much food. 28lbs in 16 weeks (12 Test, 4 PCT).. I'm not mad about it. Think I made quite a bit of movement for 500mg Test / Wk. Not to mention, I was likely coming from 3-4 years of low T.. making up lost ground.

Anyway, 8000 calories 3x per week, 7000 calories 2x per week, and 6500 2x per week. 7200 average daily intake. Take it however you want, it happened, and for a pretty good deal of time. :)

You can't really test tren results with blood work...

Only Matt's threads have the uncanny ability to rack up pages of bullshit over absolutely nothing...they're almost like the Donald trump of Ology...except trump has nice mirrors

Keep pushing Matt... But I believe I seen these pics just the other month? Not sure, as I see so many on the forums.. either way, keep pushing, and get a better pic and stop using that mirror man...

I eat 5,500 cals ED. I can't stand it. My diet is mostly moderate prot, high carb, low fat. It's so difficult to intake such amount of carbs coming from fiber mainly. I do add in maybe like 150-200g of fat though. Not on purpose, it just racks up over time.

Does any 1 know if I switch out like a lot of the fiber for sugar based foods. More like bars, cookies to help get the food down, would it cause a problem long term for health? I'd prob still be getting in like 250g+ fiber alone from oats and pasta. Let alone the huge amount of protein intake too. I just don't want to make myself diabetic from doing this.

The cal amount needed to grow is causing me a lot of issues. Hardly put on any weight last week cause of this.
