Chick's do dig the pretty boy look as I was sitting down having a coffee and this hot.blonde.came down and sat beside me the other day and said I was looking hot and jacked lol, so some like that look I dunno but she was looking good herself and she kinda cought me.off guard lol
As she stated she was into wide and big shoulders and wide back I guess is what attracted her I guess I dunno it was weird tho haha

I would rather weight like 20 lbs less and look good and feel good too compared to carrying on all the extra BF and water for no reason.
If ur gear is good according to ur bloods, then u really really need to look into ur diet or training. Something is WRONG.

I don't know how u train, but a given method that always works is going to failure and using lots of drop sets. Always worked very well for me for growth, no matter what weight I used.

As for diet, u listed ur meals. Those meals NEED to change. Meaning they need to RAISE as ur LBS raise, I don't know if u take this into account. The method I use is more by cals compared to meals. I hit a certain number of cals ED and weigh my self at the end of the week, If the weigh is the same, I raise my cals by 250-500ish and hit that new cal amount everyday till the weigh remains the same again. Always worked for me.

The process to get bigger is always MORE....U need MORE FOOD, MORE GEAR, MORE TRAINING INTENSE, MORE REST. Nothing should ever be the same for too long otherwise ur just asking for the same results.

His diet looks good, I just don't think he understands the factor that MORE food is required to grow MORE.

All the factors have to change sooner or later to keep growing. U can't be running 500mg test and 400mg tren all the time as a blast. Eventually it's going to have to be upped, nothing saying one should start with Grams of gear just cause they want rapid growth though. I was just pointing out the concept.
 
You look horrible. You made changes in one year and then have looked the same from then on. You're a junky. You traded one drug for another. Hell even 3J couldn't get you right.

Shocks me to see u hear this, because the only AVI u ever use and show as ur PRIME PROUD EXAMPLE, is the one where u are shredded down and prob less than 200 lbs looking at ur best. If u really were happy being 200+ bulked up lbs, then change ur picture and walk tall with it. Otherwise I don't believe u.

I posted what i currently look like on the second page, last picture. I'm 5'75 at 198 lbs right now with LOTS of cuts, not super chiseled abs cause of water weight mainly due to my 600+ carbs I intake ED. I look big in any t-shirt I wear and I know that for a fact. I don't cut often, I always bulk. Just do very lean and slow ones year round. Sometimes stuff does get out of hand and I do a mini-cut, but thats trial and error process for you. Don't even give crap about it too man, I'm like half ur age and not to be harsh on u, but my natural 165 lb picture looked 2x better than ur dried out AVI. I'm not saying that to boost my self-esteem, I see people always look much more jacked than me in my gym, I always go talk to them and see whats up and seek advice, even If I look good in the first place cause there is always something new to add that can benefit u.

THere is not much to be upset about.

I could be 4ft and still score more woman then u in general. Ur ego is really something else too and honestly, there is no member on this board that can help u out ever. U will NEVER see any true progress toward fitness goals, even with steroids, simply cause of ur mindset. People use to make fun of my traps and said they didn't exist, same with my shoulders. Because of that I trained them harder in more variety of ways and as u can see, they grew into something nice. If I let my ego take me over and kept doing the same thing, I would have not made any progress. Ur setup for failure and there is no helping u. Remember this post and well see how u look in a few years from now, same crap mirror and mean gorilla face and a poverty created body that is held together only because of ur insane blasting year round.

My only advice is sometimes u need to take a set back in order to take two steps forward.

PS: Like I said, My 165 body AKA twig as u say..no gear was used to get to that point. That was simply good diet, good training and discipline with no ego, which all is lacking in u.
