Without knowing your goals, history, and exact exercises I would say yes. I use a very similar breakdown and have found over the years it works great. One thing I've noticed about using this format (back/bi's chest/tri's) my arms got huge! :)
My breakdown is usually Back/bi's, chest/tri's, legs/calfs, & shoulders/traps/abs. I usually run 2 on 1 off 2 on 1 off, etc.. generally working each group once in a seven day week. I like going to failure, using drop sets/rest pause and forced reps (when spotted). When I switch to a hard training cycle, I run more days together w/fewer rests, generally running a 5 or 6 day week then repeat. Keep in mind that I recover very fast and running a 5 day week may not be advisable for everyone.
Once I hit a wall, I rearrange and switch things up. Never stay with the exact same workout for too long. Your body catches on...IMO
