hay guys!!!

been working out again after a week vacation. I'm still bulking and was wondering if I could go 4 times per week...

the whole 3 times a week works great for me..but I feel like I don't work my shoulders much..since I'm uber tired already after my chest workout..so I'm wondering about this....

thursday-chest-shoulder-tri
sat-back-bi
sunday-shoulder-tri

add the lower body stuff to your back day. read my journal for what i did this week.

squats and posterior stuff on monday and deads and posterior stuff on thursday.
