I was seen by my doctor for low testosterone (secondary). My LH and FSH was low and my total testosterone was in low 200s. Here are my results after 3 months on Clomid. I feel great, but I'm wondering about my Estradiol #s.

SHBG 26.2
albumin 4.7
FSH 3.2
LH 6.1
Total T 903 (ref range 280-800)
Estradiol 56
PSA .330

CBC
WBC 5.8
RBC 5.18
Hemoglobin 15.1
Hematocrit 44

Any thoughts on any of my results? Is the estradiol high?

What dose were you on?
What unit of measurement is the PSA in?
.3 PSA ?
Am I reading that right?
leave the Estradiol it will fall on its own...

Your Testosterone looks great. I used the Bio T calculator using your Albumin, SHBG and Total Test. Your Free Test came back at 22.55 ng/dl = 2.5% free, which is really good from what I know.

Your Bio T is 575.8ng/dl =63.8%

Your PSA is nice and low.

If you aren't experiencing any symptoms of high e2, you could go with the no harm no foul, you could take a tiny bit of Arimidex to get it under control faster. It will probably fall as your natural T levels do without the Clomid. If this test wasn't done 8 weeks after you got off Clomid, then you don't know what your final numbers will be. Having the labs done 8 weeks after will tell you what you can produce naturally, if the clomid actually corrected anything. If it didn't correct anything, then Clomid therapy may be the way to go for you instead of TRT.

At 44 your Hematocrit doesn't look bad, however your Hemoglobin is at 15.1. It's nothing to be concerned with yet, however I was told when donating blood that if hemoglobin is around 17.5 then it's a concern/getting too high. So, keep an eye on it. Maybe go and donate some blood just to bring it down a hair. 12.5 is too low, 17.5 is getting to high, or so I'm told.

Those Free T levels can't be in ng/dl's....
I did the math on a conversion calculator to pmol/l and the result is sky high in pmol/l (if converted)...
Way out of range.
But given the SHBG, Albumin, TT he does have some nice Free Test. His Bio Avail.T comes to 20 nmol/l.
which is excellent!

Hemoglobin times 3 is hematocrit percentage FYI. OP: I'd like to see where you stand after cessation of the clomid. Your doctor ever look into WHY you have a low LH/FSH?

Here is the calculator I was referred to by a Nurse Practitioner at a TRT Clinic. Free & Bioavailable Testosterone calculator . That's the numbers that came out. It's from the International Society for the Study of the aging male.
