My workout regimine is as follows (natty for now, will be starting a cycle next month continuing the cut):

Mon - Chest/Bi's/30min cardio
Tues - Back/Tris/30 min cardio
Wed - 45 min cardio
Thursday - legs/30min cardio
friday - shouldrs/lagging parts/30mind cardio
saturday - 45 m cardio

Diet is about 2200 calories. Cardio is jogging (lol some walking right now), eliptical and biking. I will be including test,eq, t3 and clen. What's your take?

oh, and stats are:

5'10 , 207lbs :(
( lost a lot of mass being off 2 weeks cuz of my shoulder, then another month for surgery but I really need to cut cuz from now on it's a clean slate and lean bulks from here out)

Does anybody have a really good 3 day split? I'd rather work out 3 days a week but I can't seem to get everything I need done in that time.

you could throw legs in with shoulders to cut down a day

I used to do that but I squatting heavy really takes a lot outta me. I don't think I could work legs, shoulders AND cardio all in one day.

looks fine to me -

Cool. I'll start with this and as I build up my cardio endurance I can increase it if I don't find myself losing weight.

Can too much cardio be detrimental to maintaining muscle mass? If so, I guess the idea would be to do the minimum amount of cardio to get to your desired bf, making it a good idea to start "low"?

I'm stoked for saturday, I might have to work though!:(

I wanted to get drunk for the first time in a month and a half for the fight, might not work out now...

I think its a lot harder to burn up muscle then what people say-

Your right that starting low (30 min - 5x / week) and working on increasing it slowly over several weeks would be a solid start. That is why keeping an accurate check of BF is important. Adjust something when the numbers stop moving or slowing.

Brozuff that is way too much cardio. Go 2-3 times a week HIIT and lift 3 times. Will be much better. Also you need more cals.

mm nice workout .... cardio will have more effect if its done in AM

btw what is test, and eq .. srry im in these things :s
