The girl (Abi) is close to the size of the male (Eli) now. Eli still has filling out to do though and in the end will be a lot heavier than her. She looks like she will be at the top of height / weight scale for females. No we're not over feeding them, Akitas of course are a large breed dog, and both actually have fairly low body fat etc. The female pretty much runs the house.

edit: The male is just over 100 lbs right now, female around 80 or so. Pictures are fairly old.
