I assumed you were talking and nutrient timing and meal frequency since that's the most common argument ppl make. I apologize. A window of opportunity can be made with certain drugs but I think Austinite said what he did bc it was specifically for OP and he didn't mention usin any of these drugs. I don't want to speak for Austin too much but I believe that's why the statement was made, a tailored response to a specific circumstance.

Again I assumed with the 6-8, but I used the keto and IF as examples to show that when you don't use insulinogenic compounds, there are no magical windows of opportunity. I'm not sure what you're trying to get at by saying he's bulking?? Can you elaborate please?

I assumed too much into your statement so I'm sorry, but that leaves me uncertain of what you're trying to say besides "you can create windows of opportunity with certain drugs" but that leads me back to "Op isn't using those drugs and the advice given was regarding this particular situation". I completely agree with with Austinite regarding the eat to reach your calories and meet your macros regardless of how many times per day you fill your face. Calorie counting is a must as it will help you understand alot more on diet and how to control gaining / cutting for the future so it is never to early to start. One of the best things I ever did was buy a food scale.

You in no way came off as rude and I didn't take it that way at all. Lesson learned for myself as well, never assume lol. That being said, I agree with both Austinite's statement and yours and have come up with a hybrid: barring certain drugs, there's is no significant effect to using "windows of opportunity".

I have one of the old analog food scales and its breaking on me. Thinking of getting a newer digital one. Do you have experience with digitals or the old school ones? I like the convenience factor but I'm used to "the more technologically advanced something is, the more apt it is to breaking".
 
I totally agree with the diet being on point if you want to maintain gains and achieve maximum gains from your cycle. I do believe he stated he was not using an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) either. With test e you should still be getting a little bloat at least I do. I always gain water weight to.

Something else no one mentioned was how are your strength gains? You should be noticing your strength going through the roof brother. You have mentioned none of these things. IMO you have some seriously under dosed gear or you have some seriously high natural test levels..

I agree here, im on test E only cycle and only on week 3 pinning E3D at 500mg wk. To soon to see gains but my strength Is noticably greater. Its probly your gear bro. And yes diet is important but I know guys who run the same cycle as me with a crappy diet and they still get results..
