Is that all of your dietary fat intake?! You need much more than that for optimal hormonal production. You need around .4g/lb of body weight of dietary fat as a minimum. Efa's and poly/mono unsaturated fats are very important but you also should get some saturated fat like animal fat or whole eggs or whole milk and dairy as well
