Hello All,
New guy here, found the forum and one of the best ive seen yet with loads of info. I just had my lab work done and test was 371. I am an active guy, work and gym 4 days a week..heavy training and cardio. Going on the program of test cyp. , HCG, Anastrozole and they said possible tamoxifen. Im excited to know theres a reason for feeling sluggish, low sex drive etc but yet nervous about the therapy. For every good read theres a bad one describing effects and issues negative. The part of injecting myself is no problem, just making sure its done correct for optimum health is main concern. Thanks for reading, ill be around and will post when I start.

The negative issues generally relate to side effects. Your protocol looks like it will manage the side effects once you get dosages dialed in.

AI to control estradiol.
HCG to minimize testicle shrinkage and provide sense of well being.

All you need to do is remember to donate blood every 56 days to keep hematocrit in the normal range.

Getting dialed in can take some time, but it is totally worth it. You should start feeling a lot better within a month.

Thanks Megatron!! I agree and am positive going forward. I see alot of people (younger ) guys thinking TRT is a steroid cycle for them and for all the wrong reasons. Love hearing the guys who are doing it right and for the right reasons, it really sheds light on mens health and staying young.

Sorry for double post, is tamoxifen required? I didnt understand that one and know my mother in law was taking it for breast cancer and also know there are horrible side effets from that drug..thanks in advance.

No, you should not need tamoxifen unless you have or develop gynecomastia. Even the, Raloxifene is generally the preferred medication for that. Both are SERMs.

Thanks, thought the same. It comes with the package but probably wont use it. The tamoxifen that is. I did see the overview, very informative
