I got my bodyfat measured on a scale at work/fitness center today and it said that I was up from 24% to 26%. But my weight actually decreased by 2 lbs. I weigh 234lbs, I'm 37 yrs old, and I do 20 minutes cardio and lift heavy for 1 hour 5 days a week. My belt size is the same and lifts are up by 10lbs.
Is this possible or is the scale wrong???
