Hey 3J thanks for the help yesterday about my diet mistakes I have made a revision, Let me know what you think


height:6'0
Age:20
Almost sure my maintenance is 3000 But Im going to try your calculator advice tommorow

Cutting on 2500 cals

Meal 1 - 2 Whole eggs, 3 Egg whites, 1/4 cup oatmeal 1/4 cup milk - 310cal

Meal 2 - Protien bar, apple, 1/4 cup almonds - 420cal (I know you said no protien bars im still trying to figure out what to replace it with)

Meal 3 - 200G chicken breast, 1/2 cup basmati rice, 1 carrot - 300cal

Meal 4 - 5OZ salmon In an ancient tortilla wrap - 413cal

Meal 5 PWO- 1 scoop whey (30gpro) 1/3 cup oatmeal (20carb) 6 grapes - 286cal

meal 6 - 8 OZ chicken breast, 1/2 cup brown basmati rice - 460cal (Pro/42.55/fat/11.12/carb/35) (What can I spice up my chicken with any ideas?)

Meal 7 before bed - Casien w/ water, 1/2 avacado - 258cal

= 2447cals

Put some peanut butter on your apple. Depending on how many calories your protein bar is, add 1 -2 table spoons to make up for the cals. Or mix protein powder in it? I think there's actually a recipe here on the site for some bomb ass protein peanut butter balls. Do it.

replace milk with plain unsweetend almond milk

Meal 2 - Protien bar, apple, 1/4 cup almonds - 420cal (I know you said no protien bars im still trying to figure out what to replace it with)

What do you think

well your cutting right????

remove all carbs but bfast pre and post workout.. that should drop you down to about 2400-2500 calories
