I talked with you on another post i just wanted to ask something.

I weight 65kg and i eat
Cals 4137
Fat 102,7
carbs 537,7
Protein 262,4
everyday..

I live in a place you have to know how to fight.
Do you think doing intense Martial arts one day a week would effect my weight gain?

Wanted to hear your opinion
 
any activity that is added has to be compensated for with calories...

i do jiu-jitsu 4-5 times a week..
 
Thanks for responding, You mentioned earlier that i should be on 3400 Calories daily and i workout in the gym 4 days a week.
I want to add 1 Martial arts day on saturdays.
I'm eating the same diet everyday, Iam at 4137 Calories everyday..
Do you think this is enough to not lose weight?

Or should it be increased even more since i'll add one more day.
 
One more thing that i would appreciate if you could answer..
For example off days i wake up late, then i don't have time to have all those 5 meals and between meals.. Is this okay or should i wake up eat and go to bed again? :)

we wont know untill you go through the process and see if your gaining weight or not.. if your not then just add 200 calories every 3 days till you do!

you need those calories... make the portions bigger if you miss a meal throughout the day
