3J nutrition network is amazing. i decided i needed to enlist the pro's this time around due to injuries and long lay offs. I was amazed at the fast response time. seriously was within a hour and when he emailed back . the follow up questions was answered with in seriously minutes . Worth the price ..hell yea . i mean he even concluded and said any help email anytime and i knew i emailed him at an odd hour . I would definately enlist him again . Very knowledgable and was able to work around my injuries .
Unlike most pro's he kept it simple and basic but also clued me in on diet , training and cardio . so he set me up for success and i will be using his knowledge in my new log i am starting . thanks again 3J ..and i will def email and make u proud .
