3j nutrition review. pics included!!

as far as results, i think the pictures speak for themselves. i started out at around 169 lb at end of august/beginning of september (check out the before pic for BF). i did 5 weeks of cutting. first three weeks were AAS free then i started my test e cycle at 500 mg/week. i went all the way down to 157 lbs by the end of week 5. after 5 weeks of cutting, i changed the diet into a bulking diet. ive been on the bulking diet for approximately 5 weeks now. currently i am at appx 167 lbs. cutting with 3j was amazing. you would see amazing results in just under 2 weeks. he's easy to work with. just shoot him an email about something you want to change/see in your diet and he'll help you out with it. i dont know what more to say that the pictures doesn't already say. if you plan on cutting, dont waste money on AAS and just go with 3j.

Ive always been curious to consult with a nutrionist, but I dont really wanna change the things I eat.
Id want them to work out something from my normal foods if possible.

also, i dont think any1 in this world ever ate out as much as i used to. i used to eat out 3 to 4 meals a day with 0 fucks given. however, once you start the diet and see the results, you wouldnt give a shit about "normal" food. also, when i first started my diet, all that i cooked was boring shit. now i can cook better food than the shit i used to eat and its all healthy!

not one complaint out of him as a client.. he was like a robot.. i told him to do something and it was done without question.. those are the people who succeed.. the ones who are willing to do what it takes...

i eat pretty much keto syle. during the week pretty consistent with Beef, eggs, egg whites, olive oil cheese, veggies. casue its easy to prep, pack and put away.

weekends more steaks (ribeye), prime rib, shrimp, chicken salads, tuna lettuce wraps, almonds, avacado, veggies


oh and I do have my protein shakes
 
Sounds reasonable. I could.build a diet with that easy.

Worth some money to get better at the nutrion part of this game for sure.
