if i needed help with diet i would definitely hit up 3J, everything i've seen from his stickies and what not tell me that he knows exactly what he's doing. that is far more than i can say about most people in this sport. people read some mags, look at some sample meal plans, listen to some olympia contenders talk about their 10-12oz of this, 2 hrs later 10-12oz of that, etc. etc. etc. and think they get the concept and are okay.
when you really dial in your diet, you see massive changes. massive. like, stuff you don't believe till you try it and see what it does for you. not just physique-wise, but how you feel, etc. learning about proper nutrition and figuring out how it can work for you is to me the last step that most people trying to build a physique they can be proud of fail to accomplish.
