I'm 196 bf is 8-9 % I'm taking Test,Var,EQ right now. Goal is to get my BF down to around 6 percent.If possible gain 5-10 lbs I train BJJ and I saw that you do as well.

3eggs
1 yoke
real peanut butter on single rice cake
meal 2
Protein Shake
1 cup oats
meal 3
Turkey/25 shake 100 percent whey,hand full peanuts.
meal 4- Mahi/salmon/tilipia with broc or green beans
meal 5 shake 50 grams
meal 6- chicken breast
meal 7 cottage cheese and protein mixed 50 grams
I know way to many shakes and I should add more green? I sometimes wanna drink juice but it has a ton of sugar. Biggest problem is that I train at the gym and 30 mins later I go train BJJ. I always drink a shake between if I eat a meal I'll probably throw up. What can I add to my diet? any fruits?
