one slice of wheat toast
Meal 2
1 8oz chicken thigh
cup of something green
half cup of brown rice
meal 3
Protein shake 2 scoops
low fat milk
meal 4
8oz steak of fish
1 cup veggies
meal 5
shake 2 scoops
low fat milk
meal 6
chicken or fish 8oz-10oz
1 cup of veggies
I am carb sensitive so i tend to stay away from carbs
