Lost all I got from the test, didn't run a post cycle therapy (pct) right. That's what I ended up keeping.

The attatched thumbnail is the before picture somehow posted again it's not me now haha should be removed now

138 before 147 after I had gotten up to 165 or something like that, then I cut and did a lot of cardio. So yea didn't keep shit smart guy.

started max bench 165 current 245
squat beginning 150 current 225- bad back have just been squatting light

I did run a post cycle therapy (pct) just not the way I would if I was to do it again. And this wasn't following 3j's diet 100%. I ate 4 out of my 6 meals per day. And I know I could have probably done just as well without the gear, but hey everyone thinks it'll help. Not saying I did everything the way I'd do it if I had to do over again. 3j asked me to post before and afters, good job being a moderator talking shit when I'm promoting a PAYING SPONSOR HERE!! Thanks for the words of encouragement douchebag!!

Looked good in the middle pic, sucks to see you didn't post cycle therapy (pct) right. Never walk right out of a bulk cycle into cardio and cutting. You looked solid as fuck in the middle picture. Why go hardcore on cardio? Just remember it for next time I suppose.
 
You were rocking it in that middle pic (after pic). Looked really solid. At least you know how you got there once, makes getting there next time a bit easier. Have you figured out where you went wrong with your PCT?
 
he has done a great job of recomping his body.. he wasn't looking to get huge, just looking to fill in and have more of a toned look...

not everyone is looking to be mr olympia.. he has made drastic changes compared to when he started.. and i created a diet and cardio routine that fit those goals..

OOOOOooooo... Ok I re-read the post and get it now. The way it was written with the attachment right there it looks like he is talking about the bottom picture. Now I see the top and bottom are the same. Either way great work.
 
yea i dunno how that last pic got there lol. the after pic is from a month ago. I see now why you guys said didn't keep shit. haha my bad on posting that as an attatchment. Here is a pic I took last night. I went wrong by not ordering my post cycle therapy (pct) in time lol. I'm going to try and edit my post to delete the attatchment since it seems to be confusing people. I ran Test-e @ 250mg for 4 weeks then upped to 500 for 8. Whole cycle was a waste honestly. I didn't even lose ANY strength at all when I came off cycle, I've went up in strength and weights since i've came off. Never dropped under what I was lifting, I kept going like clock work. Still am, i made those gains going through a brutal ass divorce as well not getting hardly any sleep because my stupid ex is trying to keep my daughter from me to hurt me b/c that's all she has over me. All that shits over now. I was averaging 4 hrs of sleep per night. I think I did pretty good giving the circumstances, I stayed in the gym through a divorce, I know a lot of people who say FUCK it all when they're getting divorced. I focused my energy on goign to the gym instead of layed up depressed the whole damn time getting fat.

Anyways as soon as this email with the pic shows up from my phone to the computer I will post the pic from last night. Sorry that double posted before picture confused some of you. haha figured it was obvious it was the same damn pic.

Yea the after pic i took was after I did do a post cycle therapy (pct). I didn't take one with all the water weight. No point, that was not keepable gains, and it wasn't muscle. I waited to take an after pic after I got to a steady weight.

I'm not finished though, I'm not going to run another cycle for a while though. I got where I wanted to get for summer, and I'll keep going and gaining natural, may run another cycle next winter. who know's. I'm happy with how I'm looking now, not fully satisfied but who is haha. I didn't even know I had made that much progress until I asked 3j to send me the first pic I sent him. I saw that and laughed my ass off at myself at the before pic. Oddly enough I was still pulling ass looking like that. maybe not as much as now but hey. haha Thanks for the encouragement guys!!

Yea if that 3rd pic would have been me now, I would just shoot myself. lol no way I could lose that much with all the damn food you had me eating brother. I just went grocery shopping last night, I find it habit buying all the things you had on my diet, even though I'm not on a bulk diet right now, I love sweet potatoes now. Never liked them. I eat the hell outta some baked chicken breast now. I cook about 15 every sunday and bring them in a big tupperware to work. Usually eat 2 of them a day. Thanks again 3J. I recommend him to any of you guys. I could have gained more, I skipped the 2 smaller meals most of the time due to getting busy at work. If you follow the diet 100% probably gain a lot more.
