Joe looks awesome, and is 17 weeks out from a comp, so once again my total respect for joe!
Myself I have been dieting for along ass time, my body and mind have been fighting back for a month or so, my diet has been so so, but its been along haul something I wasnt planning on doing for so long, but I got back on this forum and joined this contest and stuck it out for another month or so, no excuses, its tough either way!
