3rd cycle log. small and simple

cycle history
1st one about 2 years ago. put on 21lbs kept about half
1-4 anadrol 50mg ED
1-12 BD andropen275 550mg a week
PCT :nolva 40 40 20 20

2nd last spring. put on about the same and but lost EVERYTHING due to an injury. i could not lift for 4 months
1-4 AMP anadrol 50mg ED
1-12 AMP sustan250 500mg a week
12-16 AMP sustan250 1000mg a week. (got really sick during week 12 and lost a lot of weight so got pissed and doubled up)
PCT nolva 40 40 20 20

This will be my 3rd
pretty much same as before but im trying a different test. using euro pharmacies test cyp from PSL. just looking to throw on a few lbs this winter and rest up for another spring cycle where i would like to try tren. Ive been told its good to have a few cycles under the belt before you try tren.
front loading first pin 1g sustan250 (left over from previous cycle)
week 1-4 anadrol 100mg a day
week 1-10 test cyp 400mg a week. pinned 200mg ETD.
PCT : nolva 40 40 20 20

oh yeh! im 6'2" and currently weigh 195(ish) I cant tell you my "max" weights bcuz i dont really do them my body has been riddled with injuries in my 26 years of existence. (3 shattered collar bones, broken hands, fingers, ankles, and tailbone) going heavy hurts my shoulders.
bench : 225 x 4
squat : 275 x 5
deadlift 275 x 10

Diet is okay? ectomorphic or whatever its called. i eat everything in sight and just poop it out. nothing sticks. i try to eat high carb.

supplements. isomass extreme gainer 2x a day also GNC rebuild and regrow mass when i can stomach them
block HD creatine in the gym
multi vitamin. fish and krill oil. milk thistle.

ima try n get on at least once a week and let u guys know how im doing and how i like PSL gear. (i will be posting bloods hopefully at end of week 10)

i do have a quick question about anadrol at 100mg a day. half life is 16 hours right? should i take them AM or PM? split them or take them at the same time? there 50mg tabs so id be taking 2 a day. ive read some different things but if youve taken 100mg a day can i get youre opinion? tghanks
 
I'm interested in your PSL experience.

As for the anadrol I would just try to space them out by 12 hours. Watch the back pumps if you are squatting/deadlifting, they can be rough.
 
You can take anadrol twice a day.
10 weeks is too short for test-c. do a 12-14 week cycle instead.
Add clomid to your PCT 75/50/50/50 - Nolva isn't enough, clomid is even more important than nolva. Clomid+Nolva is the best PCT.
Add hCG. 250iu x 2 week from the begging to the end of your cycle. hCG is very important, don't cycle without it.
Get some NAC (N-Acetyl-Cystein) liver support, 1800mg/day week 1-4 (when oral present), 1200mg a day for the rest of your cycle & PCT. they sell it on amazon. very cheap $5-8.
Donate blood pre and mid cycle, this will keep RBC down, which is critical for your health.
Get a pre, mid and post cycle blood works.

What AI are you going to use for this cycle?

okay thanks ill look into all of that. and i have aromasin on hand. HCG will be hard because it needs to be kept in the fridge right? how bad can anadrol shut you down? Im 1 pin into this cycle and have been on drol 100mg for 3 days and couldnt get it up last night. Ive been trying for this chick for a few years and it finally happened. i had 2 glasses of wine and couldnt get it up i was so embarrassed. does anyone know if it was the drol?

As far shutting you down, like any other steroid it will shut you down, but not within 3 days.
 
okay. getting armidex either .25 or .5mg everyday. and idk what my issues were lastnight. shit works fine today lol

That sucks; hopefully she gives you another chance - in a week or two you'll demolish her all night depending on how quick the exogenous test builds up for you
 
so its been a week. up about 7lbs give or take a morning shit. haha. bloody nose and really light headed in the gym this morning i had to leave after 6 sets of deadlifts. so im goina up the water intake. PSL gear seems to be legit. very smooth. zero pip. no sides other than the bloody nose which im assuming came from the anadrol? high blood pressure?
 
It's dry as hell here, gear or not I have blood boogers all winter - grossed myself out this morning at the gym, looked like I sneezed my brain out my nose :(
 
about a week and a half in. up 2lbs from last post. anadrols g2g. dead lift went to 315 x 8. bench went to 225 x 8. shoulder dumbell pressed 80s x 8. coulda gotten a few more but didnt have a spotter. my workouts are getting longer and more intense. also got a few volcanoes on my back but i dont think its from the gear its still to early right?

question. how much fish oil / milk thistle should be taking a day? currently taking milkthistle @ 175mg pills x 4 = 700mg. and about 2000mg of omega3 extract.
 
Fish oil is good for cholesterol, milk thistle annecdotally helps with kidney pain (?) but liver protection is bro science; if that's what you're using it for get NAC & use 1200-1800mg / day while on orals. Without orals I still take one 600mg / day.

okay! so its been two weeks. felt like an animal in the gym yesterday. set two personal bests. pushed 85s dumbell chest press for 12. and incline 80s for 10. :) pretty happy since the last time i did a dumbell chest workout i was struggling with 70s and 75s. i also got 100lb preacher bar skull crushers for 12. ive gained a solid 16lbs in 14 days. Ive had family here for the holidays so the fridge is PACKED with left overs. no more bloody noses. Ive been reading about these so called "back pumps" you can get with anadrol and never really got any, with any of my previous cycles, until squats last Sunday. i think?i t just left like an enormous amount of pressure squeezing my lower back after i racked the bar. I wasn't going that heavy but it kept me from doing more sets with heavier weight.

Also, finally got a phone with a working camera so ill be posting pictures soon so you can all be jealous of my 6% body fat hehe :)
 
been at it for a little over 3 weeks. kind of excited to get off the anadrol. my blood pressure is very high and if im not in the gym im very tired and lethargic. back pumps are horrible. ive been forced to squat and deadlift at the end of my workouts insted of starting with them. still waiting for the test to kick in. gym sessions are getting more intense. very pleased this far
 
week 4 complete. done with the anadrol finally. i think ive developed a little bit of gyno so after a lot of research and talking on this forum i decided to run aromisan for the remainder of my cycle as well as liquid tamox from RUI 40/20/20/20 until the lump goes away.starting to feel like an animal. horny as fuck 24.7 Legs are getting solid. squat is at 315 for 15. leg press at 700 for 15. (dont sound like much but i have chicken legs so im happy they are catching up to the rest of my body) Diet has been slacking a bit. Its seriously a full time job eating 5 meals a day trying to get in my 4,000 calories. I dont know how you guys do it.

NAC (n-acetyl cysteine) is legal, you can buy it anywhere...i like to get ripped off by bb.com
 
week 5 almost done. i feel like a tank. test feels like its in full swing. my diet has been shit but im up to 211 consistently. my goal in the beginning of this was to touch 215 so im very happy with where i am right now. no sides other than the little lump on my tit. how long till it goes away i know its different in everyone. it stoped growing but i would like a time table on when it will go away. ive been using 40mg daily of liquid tomax for exactly a week. i was going to drop it to 20 a day. is this okay? or stay with 40mg until its gone? or up it? thanks
 
You should be using arimidex or aromasin on cycle, not tamoxifen...it blocks receptors but does nothing to control your estrogen levels (which are clearly elevated if you're having gyno issues)
