i just finished taking a 4 week break due to shool and studying and stress i just started working out today but i do smoke ciggs which i shouldnt but i quit smoking about two days ago so will see how that goes cuz the ciggs are fucking my training up i have been taking it slow i used to rep 195 for my last rep on bench now all i lift are the 45's i feel weak and feel like shit during my 4 week break i fucked up stopped eating rite stopped the protein shakes stoped creatine and just studied and smoked ciggs how long do u guys think it will take me to get back in shape?
