Today marks the start of my 5th week working with 3J. I have been on an Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) Protocol with Chip going on 10 weeks and I thought I would share some progress.
Here's a few measurements of significance. These are over 4 weeks on 3J's nutrition plan.
Stomach - 34.75 down 2.75 inches
Biceps 14 up 1 inch
Neck 16.75 up 1.25 inches
Chest 44 up 2.5 inches
Weight 191.2 up 4.2 lbs.
Height 5'9"
Naturally, I feel awesome and am very happy with the progress, as is my wife!
Over the last 30 days, I have been consistently behind on my cardio frequency and rarely consumed 100% of the food 3J had in the plan. As of this morning, I have adjusted my workout so I do cardio for 45 minutes PWO early in the morning. Although I do not really enjoy cardio, I love going to the gym and lifting...absolutely can't wait to get there every day!
My attitude towards food has done a complete 180. Eating used to be an event I looked forward to, now nutrition is a tool to help me reach my goals.
It goes without saying that hooking up with Chip and getting the right Maximus protocol is the impetus to all this. The coolest part is I don't even think about any of this shit, it just happens, I just do it.
I have been tracking my progress with weekly pics and plan on posting them around 90 days in or so.
Looks like I am going to have to change my goals a little based on my current progress and up my weight goal a few pounds.
