You'll get used to it
Heck go onto the AAS forum and look at the cycle I just posted,, sometimes I'll be pinning twice a day (and running it 24 weeks)

You could get by with a twice a week pin, 250 mg test cyp twice a week (but again you'd need to extend that 12-14 weeks to get the most outta it)
