4th cycle log

Just started my 4th cycle. I'm very sensative(gyno) to Test, and haven't used it for the past 2 cycles. I'm going to give it a shot again. I'm 36 years old, 6-2, 207 lbs.

1-5 : 40mg Dbol ED.
1-10 : 500mg Test Enan
1-10 : 500mg EQ
1-10 : 25mg Proviron ED.
1-12 : 1mg Femara ED.

I also do weekly B-12 shots of 1000mcg.

I have Nolva on hand as needed and will be doing the standard post cycle therapy (pct) with Clomid.

I plan to do weekly updates of my progress to keep you all posted.
 
First week is in the bag. I only gained 1.5 lbs. However my muscles look fuller. The first two days of Femara droped 3 pounds of water off of me, so I think that's why my weight hasn't gone up, no bloat.

My strength is up. I did 5 sets of 10 with 225 on the bench. That's pretty good for me. I haven't been heavy for a few weeks due to a shoulder injury. I blew it out doing 5x5s too heavy too long. It's 95% now.

Proviron is good stuff. I had a small lump under my left nip left over from a previous cycle. The combination of Proviron, Femara and Nolva has drastically reduced the size of the lump. It's to the point that I can barely detect it. I had ran Nolva for several weeks to try to get rid of it, but it seems that the Proviron is what did it for me. No estrogen in my system.

What kind of dbol are you using by chance?
Using all Golden Triangle products. They're a fairly new UG lab. I've used their stuff in the past as well.
 
Week 2 complete

Just completed week two. I'm still bloat free. I've actually lost 1/4 inch off of my waist, and my arms are up 1/4. My weight isn't increasing drastically, up 2 pounds this week, which is actually what I wan't. I'm looking for one to two pounds per week of keepable LBM per week. Total weight gain has ben 3.5 lbs.

I've been a little dissapointed in my strength gains with dbol. It's probably because I really haven't trained heavy for 6 weeks due to an injury. I started going heavy on the bench last night. Damn I'm sore today.

nice cycle....thats cool that you aren't upping to high dosages...you are my role model right now :)... im finishing up my first cycle...my second is gonna be your exact cycle you are doing right now...except no dbol...then my third cycle is probly gonna be the same but with dbol...But keep posting updates... alot to learn with em....GOOD LUCK
 
Week 3 complete

Up another 1.5 pounds this week. Nice slow steady gains. I'm definitely getting bigger and stronger. My workout partner can really see the difference. I've cut back on the Femara to .5 mg ED., and bumped the dbol to 50 mg/day. I think I'm noticing a little bloat in my face. Not much.

I'm sore as hell again today. I'm getting back into my bench. Prior to my injury I was able to bench about 340, my goal is to get 365 before I go off this cycle. I'm no where near that at the moment, but I can tell it's coming back really fast.

I found a good blood level calculating spread sheet. It will chart out your blood levels based on the ester. After calculating this cycle, I really feel the long ester gear like EQ, needs to be heavily front loaded, and cut out of your cycle a few weeks early, so it can all leave your system and you can recover. Based on this my next cycle will front load 1 to 1.5 grams of EQ the first couple weeks, and then cut it out by week 6. It'll still be around throughout the rest of the cycle. Put the numbers in the spreadsheet and see for yourself...... Or just go on a 16 to 20 week cycle without the front load.
