5 day a week routines? I LOVE BEING IN THE GYM!

Ok, so I have always done fullbody routines focused mainly on compound moves, or the occasional 3x weekly split, however, I am about to get on a Test/Tren Cycle, and have just been eager to be in the gym, and thought maybe a higher volume 5 day split would be a good place to start. I want to be in the gym more, but dont want to overtrain either. Just wondering how you guys split it up! Let me know, I appreciate the help!
 
Here's what I have been doing for many years. I change up the workout every time but keep the muscle groups the same.

Monday: Shoulders, Traps , Abs
Tues: Back, Bi's, Forearms
Wed: Quads, Hams, Glutes, Calves
Thurs: Chest, Tri's
Fri: Traps, Abs, Forearms
Sat: Off
Sun: Off

I use this schedule because to me it makes since to work out muscle groups that work together. (ex. when your doing a back workout your also hitting your bi's quite a bit so go ahead and work them out next. Same with chest and tri's) If I start with back this week then next week I start with Bi's and so on. Do heavy weights with a steady rep for a few months and then go lighter with VERY slow reps for a few months. Everyone is different but I have the results to back this one up. good luck
