Currently I want to rework my five day split ( Yes, i want to lift this often with a great deal of volume) Can sombody suggest a five day split with the only day with more than 1 body being bi's/tri's so that I have adequete time to rest.
I have been doing:
monday-back
tuesday-chest
wednesday-legs
thursday-arms
friday-shoulders
weekends-off
This is what worked for me with the job I had this summer.
