5 month test e cycle need advice if this is healthy for 1st cycle!

Hello guyz.. wanted to get some input on a 5 month cycle of test e..orignally I was thinking of doing a simple 12 week cycle but thinking best results can be achieved on 1st cycle.. wondering is it dangerous or anything cant seem to find anything on a test e only 5 month cycle..

any idea on ROUGH gains..

Test e 500 mg Per week 2 shots
HCG) 500 IUS per week split into 2 shots
Human Chorionic Gonadotropin

diet&pct pretty much sorted

would be eating 1.5g of protien per lbs (3protien shakes a day with two chicken&rice meals:)

gym 5days a week,heavy lifting,will increase weight every 3weeks

lift heavy i do 3 sets of 6 reps on a heavy weight by the 3rd set im struggling then a 4th set with a light weight going all out

also i will do HIIT after every session for 15 min



Stats

*1st ever cycle

Goals: strength, add as much muscle mass and lose fat too

*Age 25

*Height 5foot 9

*Weight 13.2 stones 185lbs

*Bodyfat 20% (mostly around my stomach and thighs)

*Training since 16 on&off
 
First of all, 5 months is really long for a first cycle. I would do 15 weeks at most for your first time. Second of all you don't sound like you're a very experienced lifter, by the way you are explaining your training, you need to put in the time and effort naturally before you consider AAS.

Third of all, your body fat is way too high for a first time user, get it to 15% or less naturally then you won't be bothered with possible nasty side effects.

You're only 185 lb, 20% at 25 years old, that means roughly 145-150 lean mass, you still have a ton of weight and muscle you can gain quickly with diet and hard training alone.

While I was a bit young for my first cycle, 23, I was about 200 lb and 14% when I started and I packed on a solid 12+ pounds in the first 10 weeks.

I'm gonna say what everyone else will say, do more research , read the stickies here and find out where you need to be at and why before you even consider starting.
 
Also, as a general rule I stick to as much whole food as possible, only protein powder I take is 1 scoop of whey post workout because it digests quick. And your body will need many more calories than normal while on cycle. 1.5-2 grams of protein per pound and 2-3 grams of carbs as well as a lot of healthy fats.
 
It does not sound like a bad cycle I will be honest. But one thing I do firmly believe in is keeping things simple on your first cycle. And the longer you are on steroids the harder the PCT is and the more likely it is side effects will happen. Start with your 3 month cycle end it go through pct wait 4 months get your testosterone levels checked to see if you recovered than go ahead and try your 5 month long cycle. Don't start with 5 months though. First off gains are going to stop around the 3 month point maybe 3 and a half month point. Anything beyond that is really a waste of time if you don't up the dosages to a degree. And that is a horrible idea on a first cycle. So just stick with the three months trust me man going a extra 2 months will not be worth the money or even that noticeable.

As said ^^^^^^ in bold. No offense but I se you are trying to pull this together and have not been educated thoroughly.
What about your AI, You plan to use one, what kind and you plan.
You say your PC is pretty much sorted, so we're suppose to think cool he got is. It is sorted and planed or not?

You also need to learn to submit you cycle in outline form as see others.
Back to the drawing board. Submit your goals, week 1-12 only for first cycle. There are reasons why we say that.
You are not any different to any newbie so keep it simple and read up on beginners cycle and follow it.
 
you got some real adivice here..so good I am tempted to lock this down...but I ll let you repond. Me and Mike got 65 yr s of this game under our belt and speaking foe me I wish I had, had all this advice..but FKN FOLLOW IT..or run the risk of being a moody bi polar fuck w diminutive nuts....like me.
