5 week crash diet!!! Need help

I am 28, but some younger friends of mine asked me to go to Spring Break with them starting March 17th...So I have exactly 5 1/2 weeks to get in shape.

I was doing good in Dec. when I broke my finger Jan. 1st and havent been able to lift weights for 4 weeks...

So between training, diet, supplements what do yall recommend?

I'm on Test/Tren (500/400 per week)starting this week...Hope that 3 weeks of it in my system will help "some". Also will do Winstrol (winny) first 4 weeks at 75 mg every day.

I am dieting good. But as yall can see this is extreme measures. I'm probably at 15 more or less BF%.

Cardio 30 minutes a day 4 days a week. I can pick that up upon yalls recommendation.

train weights 4 times a week...Will pick that up to 5 days at least while on cycle.

Thanks for any advice. Sorry for sounding like a newbie but I'm just rishing through this post. I'm really not new at this stuff, have been on gear off and on for past 5-6 years.
 
I think panama city beach. Is Miami worth a shit for spring break?

I havent been to spring break in PCB since i was 22.

45min in the morning empty stomach.. 30min post workout.. medium intensity
train weights 4 times a week...Will pick that up to 5 days at least while on cycle.
you better and do cardio 6 days

morning: 6 egg whites, 2 yokes

Shake mid morning(50gram protein)

lunch: lean meat with salad

mid afternoon: shake

work out

dinner is lean meat and some sort of veggie.

I snack on yogurt, nuts, veggies throughout the day....

BTW, I'm 5'10, 217lb
 
What kind? Tren E 200, Test E 250.

I know acetate would get in my system quicker but I just have never liked that many sticks...

I could only guess my body fat is 15-17% cause I know what my body looks like in the past at that BF..

do that cardio bud... that's gonna slim you down best.. u can get about 10lbs off healthy.. maybe 15 if u do it right
 
thanks...my lungs werent what i wanted them to be this week....just able to do cardio once a day...next week im bumpin it to 2 on my work out days...6 days a week of cardio...5 of 2 a day, 45 in morning 30 minute post work out
