5x5 Question

Hi just wondering if this is a good spilt to use with the 5x5 method or isit to much?

Monday
Chest
Bench Press 5x5
Flyes 2 8-10
Incline Press 2 8-10

Shoulders
Dumbell Press 5x5
Shrugs 2 8-10
Side Raises 2 8-10

Triceps
Extentions 5x5
Pushdowns 2 8-10


Wed

Back
Rows 5x5
Wide Grip Pull down 2 8-10
one arm rows 2 8-10

Biceps
Dumbell Curl 5x5
incline curl 2 8-10
Hammer 2 8 - 10


Fri

Legs
Leg Press 5x5
Leg extention 2 - 8-10
Leg Curl 2 8-10
Calf Raises 3 sets of 15

Any help and advice much appreciated.
 
put shrugs with back...if you want to do that much shoulder work after chest i suggest 1set of db presses a good set of 6 and one or two sets of side laterals (8 reps) close grip for tris 2sets of 8 take out one arm rows and switch bent overs to that and throw deadlifts in as your 5x5 do sets of shrugs on back day and for bis i suggest 2 sets of 8 with barbell curls legs are fine except you need to put squats in at 5x5

(one or two sets of 8 db press if not overtraining)
Pushdowns or close grip 2 8-10

Wed
Back
Rows 5x5 or deads (personally id do deads if i were you and end all back with 2 sets of 8 bent over dorian style rows
Wide Grip Pull down 2 8-10
barbell shrugs (to the front) 2 6-8
barbell curls 2 8
maybe if not overtrained throw in hammer (for forearms) 1 set of 6 or 8

Legs
squats 5x5
Leg extention 2 - 8-10
Leg Curl 2 8-10
i personally like one set of calfs i aim for 25 reps.. but usually die at 15-18 burns them up good
