Hey guys been doin NeedSize's 5x5 routine and so far goin strong but in saying that, i've noticed Bill Starr's 5x5 version has you systematically increase the weight each set of the 5x5 based on an equation using your current lifts, and the heavy set being the last now I wanna stick with need size's 5x5 but should i use bill Starr's systematic weight increase as it makes sense as you can go balls to the wall on the last set which would allow heavier weights to be used or stick to the current which isn't an easy task as for overall weight moved NeedSize's routine wins hands down.
