6 month progression + help

Bit of a background.

Was always active as a teenager with rugby / rugby league, then underwent a full shoulder reconstruction and in between the dislocations and the actual operation stopped being active; unable to lift weights or do exercise packed on the pounds. Got to the stage even after my rehab, that I had put on that much weight that I became too lazy and just 'cbf''d with exercise - constantly drinking, smoking and being unhealthy I blew out like a balloon.

Start of the year, decided to change my life, back to how I was.

I've lost over 20KG's now, proven to myself that I can do it, now I'm going to start bulking up.

Few questions though - is my body type an endomorph and now I've just stripped my body fat, or was I just an overweight mesomorph? What would you estimate my BF% is at starting / middle / current?
