6 more weeks of cutting

Time to get nasty! Today was the last high carb day and last day using ketotifen. Tomorrow I am jumping back on clen for 2 more weeks and cycling carbs, starting with 3 low days, and 1 medium high day.

I think I will run the dosage a bit differently because I could care less about some sides.

Day 1: 80mcg
Day 2-14: 120mcg
Day 15: Look shredded as fuck.

I'm switching some of my protein intake to tilapia until my bulking cycle begins at the end of December. I'm also going to shift around some macros for these coming 2 weeks and see if I can't push the envelope a little bit more compared to the previous 2 weeks I just finished.

Back, biceps, and abs today. Excellent workout. Reps are now up until I run bulking cycle.

120mcg tomorrow. I will probably split it into 2 doses so I don't explode.
 
Does anybody else get wicked bad paranoia while using clen? It might just be me losing my mind and it's not related to the clen. Yeah...

120mcg and the shakes are super bad from upping the dose quickly. I guess no texting for me today. Almost spilled my drink at breakfast I was shaking so bad. OH well.

Day off yesterday, just abs. Today is legs and cardio. Time to up the taurine, because I had my right calf cramp as I was getting out of bed, and this is the second time within a week both on leg days. WTF

Ordered my gear for winter cycle. Totally pumped.
 
I made my own PWO. It consists of caffeine, citrulline malate, and agmatine. It was pretty damn awesome to say the least. I honestly think today was one of my best workouts that I can recall, and the PWO was a contributing factor.

Tomorrow is back and hamstrings, so I will see how the PWO works again.
 
So I have been talking to this chick at the gym and I think I might try and get some ass this weekend.

Abs are getting more defined since I started, and I am looking forward to the results in 10 days. Tonight I am going to do some cardio.
 
Man, the RUI clen is like crack. I'm mad addicted to this shit. I am definitely buzzing hardcore 24/7, and my eyes are bugging out.

Shoulders today. Can't wait.
 
I have not feel the clen kick in today or yesterday like normal. I might up it a tad tomorrow to see if I get some sweats. I am definitely seeing results, though.

I am not getting the typical cramping this time around either. Water intake is a little below 1.5 gallons a day.
 
It may just be your beta receptors (finally) down-regulating. How does your heart feel? I'm personally sensitive to beta agonists. They tend to raise my resting heart rate to 80bpm or so, which isn't "ideal" in the long term (which I wouldn't have to worry about on clen.)
 
Haha, my beta receptors are probably crying right about now. I don't think 4 total weeks is too bad on the heart, even at larger doses. My heart rate was over 100 while resting during my first 2 week run, and at the moment it is 85, so it has gone down a bit this second run. I will up the clen tomorrow and see if I can get my old ticker to start pumping like a champ again. The only thing that is driving me insane is the paranoia that I get from it. It makes me more insane than I already am.

I can't wait to finish cutting and start some bulking. I am ready to start packing on some quality size.

No irregularity, but sometimes it feels like my heart is going to beat right out of my chest. It lets me know it is working, right? Haha

I took 150mcg today and it was a significant boost from 120mcg. I was actually pouring sweat at the gym, and got a bit light headed.
 
I made a mistake yesterday. I took 160mcg, not 150.

Today I took 160mcg and I honestly feel pretty relaxed. Right now I am irritable, like normal with clen, but I don't feel like I am on a significant dose. I guess I will end tomorrow because I probably am not binding much clen at this point.

It was fun.

Yeah I am a little crazy when it comes to experimenting. RUI definitely has awesome products.

I think I was around 14% when I started my first round of clen. I will post some pics in a few days once I am finished cutting.

I am developing kinda funky. I need my traps to freaking grow! My abs are also not super developed but my waistline is getting really small. I raced road bikes most of my life and never weighed much more than 140ish pounds, and then from a series of events, I no longer race bikes and now I am into bodybuilding(for life).

That said, I have been trying super hard to develop definition and size in my abs and it's finally starting to show.
 
my trainer that gave me the diet i had told me to train shoulders and upper chest only 2x a week, and i ended up losing fat on my shoulders by alot, idk how. But try to give that a try... do it for 2 weeks and check it out man

I cut back on my shoulder routine recently because I am super super wide, and my delts are overtaking my upper body. They grow way faster than everything else for some reason. I don't have any fat to shed on my shoulders or chest.

I just switched back to really heavy shrugs, so hopefully my traps will start growing a little..
 
Shrugs are excellent. Recently though I've preferred the behind-the-neck overhead press.

I will have some pics in a few days. I just finished my last high carb day and now I am on day 1 of 3 for low carbs, so I will have pics on the last low carb day.
