6 weeks in blood work. I would love for you guys to analyze please.

Stats:
20 y/o
5'8
208lbs
14% BF
Training for 6-7 years

Cycle stats:
500mg Test Cyp
250iu HCG 2x a week
.25mg adex EOD

Progress:
I've gone from 190 lbs pre cycle, to 208 lbs .. And only 6 weeks in. I've leaned out a little as well. Very happy so far with progress. No gyno, no ichy nips, no acne or breakouts, nothing what so ever ... Besides the past couple days my hands have been waking up numb after a nights sleep and it's getting really annoying. I've talked to a couple guys it may be carpel tunnel or maybe high e2

I would love for you guys to analyze my pre and post blood work. So far I see I need to give blood as soon as I can before the donation centers can deny me.

Thank you all, you've all been a tremendous wealth of knowledge.

Your liver seems to be stressed. I wonder shy that is....have you run any orals lately or do you drink alcohol regularly?

Also you should consider donating blood soon.

No Orals. Haven't drank any alcohol at all on cycle as well. To be honest I haven't been drinking a gallon a water until a day or two ago.. I was probably drinking half, sometimes a bit less. Definitely not enough for my size though.. Maybe this and the fact I haven't done any cardio in over a year is the culprit?

Yes you're right I will find a donation center ASAP.

Edit: I will put myself on 1000mg NAC then a day like mega recommended to my father.

I would definitely up the water intake and add 1200 mg of Nac to my regimen. Also as mentioned, blood donation is a must. As far as E2 goes, it is not sky high but I would keep an eye on it. Good luck with the cycle.

I'm surprised to see your total and free T number within reference range. Definitely run some NAC -- your liver is really working hard.

Okay guys I really appreciate this info. I'll will begin running NAC today at 1200mg as well as continue with the increased water intake!

Anyone have a suggestion on increasing AI dose to keep my e2 in range?

how often do you pin your test, and how long after pinning did you get bloods?

The liver numbers are alarming for someone who is not taking orals, you got any guess on what is causing it?

Not too impressed with your test level on 500 a week, I've never had my numbers come back that low.

Your age number seems to be a bit low.

E2 is not too bad, if you dont have sides you could let it ride. If you want to bump up the adex you could do half a tab E3D

I pin Wednesday night, and Sunday night.

I got my blood pulled yesterday (Tuesday) and my last injection was done this past Sunday at night.

I'm really thinking I'm not getting enough water because I only drink half a gallon a day, sometimes less. Stupid I know. Been training for 6 years and water is so essential. It's been 3-4 days I've been drinking a gallon and I feel better mentally. A little more energy, and my mind feels more clear. It's a good feeling. I will begin the 1200mg of NAC and instead of just getting blood work done post cycle I think I'm going to pull it again in 3-4 weeks and see how in doing. And I'll make sure to do it the day after of injection as well.

And regarding the test numbers.. What should it be at for 500mg a week? I've made incredible gains so far but to find out I'm still not getting as much as I should be since it's underdosed is a big bummer.

Everyone seems to respond a little different, but I'd typically see at least 3600 on a 500mg a week cycle. Most of the time I get over 4000

Wow 3600?! That's awesome.

How should I time my blood work in 4 weeks to get the best read on my test levels?

Thanks again for all your info brother.

That varies from person to person too, but I test mine at 24 hours and feel like I'm catching near the peak

Gotcha. I'll remember that.

So regarding my liver guys, how long does it typically take to drop the values ? Month, 3 months, ect...? Should I also supplement with milk thistle along with the 1200mg of NAC daily?

Mine drop pretty quick and are normal by my next blood test, even with dbol and adrol I've never seen my numbers as high as yours.

Everyone seems to have just looked past the fact that he is 20 and been "training" for 6-7 years.

Your balls have haven't dropped and your doing everything you can to make sure they don't. Good job!

Thanks! My 6-7 years of "training" has paid off. Used to be a stick at 128lbs when I started training. After all those years, Mentally and physically I was ready to give AAS a try. I understand and have read all the endless threads and studies about potential damage being done to cognitive development.

For my age.. some would argue I'm a little too mature. I know plenty of 20,22,25..y/o's and older which have half the maturity, sense of responsibility, and sense of well-being that I have. Those are the ones that need a couple more years to fully develop. I've owned 3 businesses so far, work my ass off 7 days a week, loving supporting family, I've been in a stable loving relationship for almost 2 years, and overall I've reached a state of tranquility and happiness...but never satisfied of course. I don't have any mental illnesses and my optimism rubs off on everybody. I say these things above not to bloat. do not get that idea.

For me, there is absolutely no damage being done. Mentally I'm very well developed, sometimes hanging around my age group I feel like an old soul (laugh if you want). Always hung around the older crowd, and have had this constant state of awareness that some people will never have. It's as if I'm 30 trapped in a 20 year old body. I think this has much to do with the way you are grown up and your surroundings, some develop quicker than others. Both my siblings are much older than myself so that must have something to do with it.

Regardless, I'm 6 weeks in... if I could go back before pinning a needle in my ass would I? sure.. I've waited and I could wait a few more years. But I didn't, and now I'm going to make the best of it. I have an incredible control mentally of whatever I put into my body. I'm not worried about potential damage, because there is no damage being done. "well you don't know that" ... well you believe in damage, damage will come. I am heavy believer in the law of attraction. It has brought only riches, health, and wealth to my life.

AAS IS NOT for everybody. I don't think it's okay for anyone to be judged when already on cycle and especially if they are asking the right questions, following the right protocol, and especially having "dropped balls" to post results and ask for guidance on the internet where everyone can see. So, in my eyes you've earned the title: d**k head.

I hope many my age will wait to try AAS, you should.

So let's make this thread a knowledgeable, where myself and others can learn how to analyze blood work and make the correct changes to keep them healthy. Thank you all for the help so far. I've donated a pint of blood yesterday and currently on 1200mg NAC and milk thistle. Feeling great. I have also increased my AI to .5 EOD.. Question: When increasing an AI is it only for a short period of time to drop e2 until you go back to .25mg? Or do we keep the higher dose until the remainder of the cycle? Thanks everyone for the help!!
