7.3 weeks out!

Well,it getting a bit closer to the end only 7 and a bit more weeks to go! Weight is down to 225 lbs and I'm tightning up slow and steady. My diet has been changed so thing will start changing pretty quick over the next few weeks! Well lets hope any way! LOL

Nice size and defenition, I don't know what you looked like before but it certainly looks like your on the right track. Great work!
 
LoL.....Yes I'm tanning, but only a couple of times a week. I tan really fast and usually from five weeks out I get tanning on a regular basis. In the puictures, for some reason, looks like I never have seen a tanning bed!

Nothing special for my back training!

Chins 5 sets then super-set with dumbell pull-over
Barbell Rows 5 sets
Seated rows 5 sets
Reverse pull downs 4 sets
Wide front pull downs-4 sets
Either Dumbell rows or the hammer row machine for 3 sets

Ended with four sets of deads!!!

That is it!!

LOL, yes I guess that dose sound like a lot, but that is working your complete back! Some split that into two work outs. It usually takes me just over an hour and a half to do that and tris! I try to keep the pace fast 40 second rest in between sets!
